Ordered a catering lunch at 10pm last night for delivery today before noon. Not only was everything on the order perfect and fresh but it was also delivered on time. In fact, not many places will take large catering orders without 24 hour notice anymore. It's great to see this. I much appreciated 👏 💐 🥳 😌 this great service. Thank you. My compliments to the entire team and the delivery driver. You guys are awesome 👌 👏 👍

Stopped in at 7:15am to dine in. Cashier was very pleasant. Food was good. Regretted it as soon as I went to the restroom. This is probably to dirtiest Panera I’ve ever been to. Bathroom was nasty; counters on drink station were not clean, napkin holder was dirty. Eek! If I had seen that first, I would’ve left back out

5 stars across the board! The employees were all VERY nice, the whole place was CLEAN (bathroom too!), the service was QUICK and the food was DELICIOUS and very filling. The portions were so generous we took our leftovers home for dinner. Oh and I REALLY appreciated the kiosk ordering system....it's soooo much better than standing in front of the cashier like, "lemme get a ummmmm🤔" cuz you can see everything that comes on the item so you can decide what to add or take off and you don't feel rushed. Keke was especially nice and helpful to me and my family during our visit. Seems like they have a really good team here. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm out this way again.
Vegetarian options: They do have some great vegetarian options. Not a whole lot, but you won't feel left out.
Got the nee potato soup, a salad, and a drink. It was great.

The manager is rude and obnoxious Rapid pick up said go get your order off the shelf So I did . The manager hollered at me and snatched my bag out of my hand. I told him he didn't have to holler and he said, " I said ma'am twice" I told him I didn't know who he was talking to. I asked him if he was the manager and he replied yes. I said you didn't have to holler at me nor snatch my bag. I told him that I was going to report him and he replied so what go ahead. The tone of his voice remained high
