They were out of All most everything, had bad costumer service , and didn’t get what we ordered. dont go to this Panera , worse Panera experience I’ve ever had.

As someone relatively new to Panera, I was immediately impressed by this location. It's surprisingly spacious with ample seating, and I noted it would be a nice, quiet place to get some work done.
Our food was delicious, and I especially appreciated the sustainable touch of using real flatware instead of plastic.
The absolute standout, however, was the service. The team member taking our order was incredibly patient, guiding me step-by-step through customizing a sandwich to fit my dietary needs. She made the entire process painless, and our order came out perfectly. We will definitely be back.

We walked in and the girl at the front counter didn’t greet us, or even look up to acknowledge us! A white gentleman ordered just a bread from the self ordering kiosk, he tried to ask her a question and at first ignored him. She didn’t even make eye contact with him and just told him “you pick it up down there”. I tried to ask her a question didn’t even make eye contact with me either and gave a one worded answer back. A black couple walks in, She immediately says hello welcome in, how can I help you? She immediately took their order had conversation with them. I watched as others came in and completely ignored all the Caucasian people.!!!! if that place or that girl isn’t racist then I don’t know what is!!! As to the food, it was ok. My broccoli soup was lukewarm and needed to be hot!! My family’s said their food was ok and good. If I could give service a negative I would!!! Probably will not be back at that location!

The food was good and I had standard customer service, the cleanliness of the public areas and restrooms need to be addressed.
Many tables were dirty, the rear of the restaurant had an odor and the men's restrooms needed to be cleaned. Tissue/paper towels on the floor, stains on the urinals and a dirty changing table. The drink station had stains as well.

The man’s restroom always smells like urine when you go in there and they have a roach problem too. And it was a dead snake in kitchen as well. This place is unsanitized and just filthy. Roaches been in the soups and they still serve it to people smh. OSHA need to go do an investigation to see what’s going on. And they sell the bread that be on display and it be flies on the bread as well with the desserts on display too smh just nasty

I saw their seasonal salad menu in the ad and it looked really good, so I ordered it. This is what I got: just a salad and hot water. I attached the photo of the ad and what I actually received. The hot water even had some stuff floating in it. It was really unpleasant.
I’m extremely disappointed — definitely not coming back!
Although the service was ok and there was a lady constantly cleaning the tables and coffee station.

The new croissant toast sandwich was not special. It was toasted but not as good as some of their other sandwiches. There was an air blower that was drying a leak or spill on the carpet, which was a bit loud.
