Terrible customer service. Food was decent for the price, but nothing to write home about. I refuse to continue to patronize places that give poor service and are set in their ways, even if that loses them customers. Never going here again.

This place is the worst! Customer service is terrible! Prep time, terrible. Having inventory for items on menu terrible! We didn't even eat here! Thank goodness we do not live there, and we were just visiting! They need to be shut down and the employees need to be re trained!!!

Kid-friendliness: We couldn't even try the food! We were rudely asked to hold our 2 year old daughter because she was running around. I will not give my money or business to a stuck-up restaurant. my daughter was not bothering anyone except the cook lady who was more focused on my daughter and less focused on helping and serving guests.

First time I went to this restaurant was happy, the food is descent, the price is more than reasonable, smiling faces. However, each time I went there there were serious health issues. I m a retired chef, very familiar with health codes, regular customers will not probably notice those health issues.
I noticed that She was using the same gloves every time She was serving food without replacing them, where She supposed to change them after every use. She served 2 people before me, touched the bacons and than the cheese, and potatoes. This is Xcontimination, the fat from bacon or patties goes on to the cheese when She is touching it.
They covered the toaster with aluminum folio, making people to consume metals, the heath from the toaster release the metal on the aluminum folio on to the food.
When I asked her to change her gloves She did not like it and told me that She would not serve me again. I was not mean or hard on her, just explained her that it was not healthy.
I will not step in there again, hope that they get educated on the health hazards.

Haven’t actually been but wanted to reply what Jessica Dominguez said about her daughter running around. Sounds like you should control your kid better lady, not the restaurants fault your a bad parent.

After I made my specific order and noticed that it wasn't made how I wanted it, I politely asked the lady to place the ingredients she was grabbing from the bar on the griddle she started making frustrated faces and refused to provide customer service. So I just walked out. she kept telling how and what I was going to eat.....not how I wanted it!!!

The omelet was horrible and so was the breakfast plate with potatoes, eggs and turkey sausage. I've never had breakfast so terrible. It didn't even taste like breakfast. I gave everything to my dog and my dog was even picking around it, and my dog is greedy by the way. NEVER EVER AGAIN! ?

The food doesn’t even look real. It 100% is taken out of a plastic bag and warmed up. We have to stop accepting this!

Great spot for breakfast and a nice menu for lunch. The service is of good quality with customized options when preparing food!

The chicken wrap sandwich I ordered was ok, not great. However, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I came in the store and stood there without being greeted or asked did I need anything for a good 5-7 minutes. However, when a group of white males came in from the nearby office building, they were immediately greeted and asked if they needed help. The employees there simply ignored me and were going to pass over me until I said "I am next." It was very rude and obvious and they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they do not treat all African-American customers this way. I won't be back.

Absurdly named, it must be a joke. This shop offers the usual American sandwiches, cheesesteaks etc.
