Update: the manager contacted me by phone after receiving my email. In my opinion the situation was properly resolved and I appreciated that they followed up a second time to invite us back in to give the restaurant another try. I’ve updated my review from one star to 3 because customer service goes a long way, and the food issue can be improved.

We had a very bad experience.
Poor service, we had to ask for water as no one offered. Just for the water we have been waited 30 min
The food arrived after very long time with many mistakes
And they drop the Ketchup on my kids clothes and even didn’t offer to clean
And we were frozen as the heaters didn’t work

This place is truly a hidden gem, with a mature crowd and good music. Indoor, outdoor, and bar seating are available, with 2-hour free parking in the parking deck. The food seems to be prepared fresh, and it's been pretty consistently good. The new management has brought a fresh energy, great service, and an overall better vibe. The Rockefeller oysters were sooooo good, and the salmon burger literally took the soul from my body it was so good. The kebab plate with shrimp was perfectly grilled and bursting with flavor, and the exotic chicken dish was equally impressive, seasoned just right and incredibly tender. The mussels might be the best mussels ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The ambiance was like sitting in a chic maximalists high rise apartment livingroom. Definitely worth checking out again!
