First off, the inside of this place is adorable. Loved it. That was about all though. We ordered 3 apps - calamari delicious but not piping hot (as all fried items should be IMO), burrata was also delicious, and Brussels were not good. For mains, we got the swordfish - the fish was overcooked and the beans were WAY undercooked - really disappointing. Also got the shrimp pasta - really good and nice portion. We skipped dessert. Prob wouldn’t return unless it was for pasta, which was good. Not worth the price.

Came here for dinner tonight on a whim. We had the roasted sweet potatoes, ricotta ravioli, and meatballs & spaghetti...all very tasty! And decent portion sizes too. We'll definitely be back!

Had a great time here last night celebrating my wife's birthday. Food was so good, and our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The interior looks and feels great! We brought our 3 teenagers here and all loved it.
I had the shrimp pasta, which was really tasty and had a little kick to it. Great addition to the neighborhood, thank you!

Our experience didn't match the hype from our friends or reviews. Really nice atmosphere and decor. The evening started out with great wine and cocktails! The salad was good. But then the entrées came! Unfortunately, the food was just fair at best. The shrimp dish wasn't finished because it had that not fresh shrimp taste. . My chicken entrée tasted no better than a chain Italian restaurant if that. So, no leftovers taken home! Maybe just an off night, but to many other places that don't have any off nights

This was some of the best service, portion sizes, quality of food I’ve had in Atlanta. Dim lighting, flowers, the light fixtures, and overall ambiance were my favorite parts.

What a unique take on Italian food with some traditional dishes, but also some amazing bites that we didn't expect. We sat at the bar and spoke with the extremely helpful bar manager who guided us through the menu. We ended up with small plates and appetizers and couldn't have been happier. Definitely a place we'll go back.

What’s not to love ? Everything is excellent!! My only remark is that I ordered a glass of Prosecco and it came in a wine glass , instead of a flute .. it’s does make a difference. Please serve Prosecco the proper way. Aside from that… 10/10

Disappointing Birthday Dinner at Pendolino

I went to here for my birthday dinner, expecting a nice evening, but left extremely disappointed. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was undercooked and extremely gooey from the first dew bites. I had to send it back and wait for a second order. For the main course, I ordered the lamb chops at the server’s suggestion, paying over $50 for what was mostly fat and bone. The server described the dish as two large lamb chops with a pomegranate pesto, but what I got was mostly bone with barely three bites of meat, on top of a paste with pomegranate seeds sprinkled around. It was nothing like what I expected.

To make matters worse, even though we told them it was my birthday, no one made any effort to make the occasion special. No dessert, no acknowledgment other than a postcard on the table that said "Birthday." It felt like a complete afterthought. The only redeeming part of the meal was the salad my wife ordered, which was the only thing that was actually enjoyable.

Service: Poor. The server had no idea what was going on in the kitchen and clearly didn’t know how the dishes were prepared.

Food: Fatty, undercooked, and disappointing.

Extras: If you’re celebrating a special occasion, don’t expect anything special here.

Overall, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it for a special evening out.

Pretty nice inside. India was very friendly and made a good suggestion. Coastal Italian. Will come back but not out of my way.

We live in the hood and hadn’t been here yet. This place WAY exceeded our expectations. The meal was amazing and Khari, our server, steered us beautifully. We had the chicory salad, mushroom pizza, and BBQ octopus to start - all amazing. Also the scallop entree and marinated olives on the side. Yum!!! Definitely coming back.
