Didn't know there was a charge for parking even though they don't own the other stores there. Be nice to tell ppl you have to pay for parking for a place that shares parking. This place should be in its own strip mall with no other establishments. Can barely see the sign from road. I say take the parking money and do upgrades.

I had a fantastic experience at Penthouse / Serenity and can confidently say this spot delivers on service, flavor, and atmosphere.
From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—attentive, welcoming, and professional without feeling rushed. The setup and layout of the space really stood out to me; it’s well-designed, comfortable, and gives off a great vibe whether you’re dining casually or meeting up with friends.
Now let’s talk about the food—fresh, flavorful, and done right. The lemon pepper wings were seasoned to absolute perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy inside with just the right balance of flavor. My chicken Alfredo was a standout—they blackened the chicken exactly how I like it, adding a bold, smoky flavor that paired perfectly with the creamy sauce.
And the fries? Real, fresh-cut fries, not frozen or overly processed. Hot, crispy, and clearly made with care—those details matter, and they nailed it.
Overall, Penthouse / Serenity exceeded expectations. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back and highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in Atlanta.

They need to ban cigar smoking. There were 2 guys smoking cigars at the bar that had the entire spot smoky. There are no windows or ventilation in Penthouse to allow cigar or cigarettes. I was there Sunday for the Packers game and Wednesday my lungs are sore. I feel like I smoked a carton of cigarettes. Please ban cigarettes and cigars

The security and valet services at our venue require notable enhancements. It is particularly concerning that VIP black car users are being left on the street, exposing them to unnecessary risks, especially for women who might need to walk from the street into the club. This not only jeopardizes their safety but can also create an unwelcoming atmosphere. To maintain our reputation and ensure our guests feel secure, we must implement a more sophisticated and organized drop-off system. This could include designated drop-off areas closer to the entrance, improved lighting, and fully trained staff to assist and escort guests to their destination. By prioritizing their safety and comfort, we can create a more professional and enjoyable experience for all our visitors.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This place is a scam. Money hunger (word redacted) not worth the gas, time or effort. The staff lacks education and decorum. This place is filled with a bunch of lazy (probably underpaid) workers. The staff is the epitome of “The lights are on but nobodies home”. Keep your coins in your purse and spend it elsewhere. No vybz here, just a business on its way to bankruptcy.

Everything is decent in here, they have potential to really be a good location for the culture pull up to. But the DJ is honestly terrible. They don’t play a lot of music you know or can vibe to. It feels like they get paid to play random ATL/up-and-coming artist music. Makes it a little boring.
