This was my first time trying this food place downtown, I was skeptical at first , Till I tasted the cheesesteak the smell from the inside had my mouth watering the whole wait , it’s definitely worth your time money and the experience!
This was the worst Philly I’ve ever had in my life. Very greasy and under seasoned.

Philly G Steaks - SkyView Atlanta is basically a food truck that sits under the SkyView ferris wheel in downtown Atlanta, GA across from Centennial Olympic Park.The staff was really friendly and took my order right away. Everything here is cooked to order so it's very fresh.I asked for extra, extra onions and then when the cook was done, I asked him to please add more onions to what he thought was extra, extra onions. I like onions, what can I say? I also asked for cheese whiz, but this location does not carry cheese whiz, only their main location does, which baffled me a bit.The sandwich was fresh and hot but had minimal onions. The bread was fresh. The American and provolone cheese was either melted into the sandwich or noticeably light.If I wasn't from Philly, I would probably rate Philly G Steaks with 5 stars, but not having cheese whiz and with little to no onions I feel compelled to give 4-stars. If I come back and they have 'whiz' I would probably give them 5 stars next time.

Located right under SkyView, it is a fun place to visit. While making each sandwich methodically with care is appreciated and it is quite delicious, it takes way too long and the cost is way too expensive even for a touristy spot. The place is not necessarily worth visiting as a destination but it is a good option when visiting SkyView.

It was raining and I just got off the SkyView, was hungry and remembered seeing this place on maps. It had been a long day. I was supposed to be at a special event but it got closed without reason.So I came to downtown Atlanta. Here I got a steak sandwich with grilled onions, peppers & extra cheese. It was so delicious!! And Renee was kind, compassionate and fun to talk with! ?If she's not the boss:Dear Renee's boss, please give her a well deserved raise!! She really goes the extra mile for her customers! Parking: They're all over but luckily I found one up two blocks that was $6 for an hour, $8 for 2 and $12 & up for longer. Centennial Park charges $30 ?
Would be nice to let folks know when you’re gonna be closed. No signs. Still taking online orders and all ??♂️

The absolute worst Philly cheesesteak I have ever had in my life. I’ve had better cheesesteaks at Subway! We spent over $35 for two below mid cheesesteaks that didn’t have enough meat to feed my five-year-old. Do you not eat here!

Didn't get my sandwich. But the 10 people who ordered after me did. Then when I asked, the cashier threw money at my face and pulled a gun on me after the argument. I was strapped to boy. You would've been a chalk outline by 1am.
