Stole my money and threw my cake away. Ordered my cake for new years, now unfortunately I didn’t know they were closing early on New Year’s Eve so I was unable to get to the store literally arrived 30 mins after they closed and saw the sign on the door. Okay they were closed new years. So the day after I went to get the store …. Was informed they threw it away. And they could not replace it…. Okay so I once asked for a refund I was denied cause they aren’t able to give refunds in store and instructed to call an 1800 number. Called the number and a rude lady answered and tells me the manager is on vacation and won’t be back until the 2nd week of January and to email them so they know to call… you think I have received a call… I’ve called again and resent emails NOTHING! the bank is giving me problem so it’s just been a lose lose situation and I will NEVER shop here again. Nothing Bundt cakes helped me more and offered me more than the actual cake company that screwed me.

No complaints about the cakes--they're usually just what I'm looking for. My issue with this location is that the employees are often super rude. Today, the woman at the register was having a conversation with the employee next to her, and she made absolutely no effort to even acknowledge I was there to check out. Imagine standing at a register and watching someone actively ignore you, carry on their conversation, never say hello or anything, never even bother LOOKING at you. The only time she spoke to me was when she gave my total. So I, as if I'M the one who works there, had to say, "Isn't there a points program where I give you my phone number for points?" She replied, "Do you know your number?" What, ma'am? Do I know my phone number??? I really wanted to just cancel the transaction and leave, but someone really needed the 4 cake slices I had for an event today. I'm a super simple customer and I don't need you to roll out a red carpet for me or act like we're besties. But I expect you to at least say "hello" to me and pause your personal convo long enough to look at me and treat me like a customer. I'm going to start going back to other locations. Too many times, the employees at this location have just acted like basic-level customer service is too much for them.

They cool I’m not going to beat them up too bad because this was my first bad experience. I ordered a caramel cake from them about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. I paid for it over the phone and picked it up the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I got there around 1-1:30 pm and it was a long line out the door but it was moving. I got in there waited a lil, grabbed a slice of carrot cake and went to the counter to pick up my cake and pay for my slice. The young lady was very friendly and asked if I wanted to see my cake but I declined because it was packed and I always had great previous experiences with them. Well I put it in the trunk and went home. The next day I took it to my families gathering and come to find out it was a red velvet cake and not caramel! The only way I knew was I asked my lil cousin to fix me a desert plate and to put some caramel cake in it. She said what caramel cake? That cake was red velvet. Smh. That really pissed me off Because I was noted to bring caramel and thats what I paid for. I had my wife call them when they opened Saturday but they say I need to send pictures. Smh. My lil cousin didn’t know so she just sliced the cake to have it ready for serving. So I wasn’t able to have a pic with the cake in the box. However She took a pic for me with the left over cake the next day!

Had a cake delivered roadie the company they used took a picture of a cardboard box and said delivered and took my cake home. 80$ for a cake I never received

Today, I bought a slice of the lemon pound cake. The only thing that tasted like lemon was the icing. The cake was disgusting, and it did not taste like a pound cake.

Dry is an understatement. This is a box cake establishment. I’ll go to Sammy’s Cheezecake to get my moist & huge slices of scratch made cake. It’s 5 minutes from here in the opposite direction.

Purchased a Carmel cake for my husband birthday. Let me just say DRY DRY DRY ! Soooo disappointed! This used to be his favorite cake store. Not anymore…. And this is not the first time we’ve had dry cake from this store; we were trying it again. Not again…..

The two boys that were there on this past Monday were just trash. Customer service doesn’t seem to be important at this establishment. The cakes were old hard and dry. I was trying to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday and was told I couldn’t pay for it and since it would not be available until the next day, just take my chances and come tomorrow and maybe they would have one. Glad I didn’t because I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes and was able not only preorder my cake, pay for it and personalize it but their cakes are moist, affordable and delicious. Don’t play yourself with this establishment anymore. No longer a loyal customer.

I've been eating German chocolate cake all my life. It was the go to cake for my grandmother. I purchased a slice of German chocolate cake thr weekend of mother's day as a treat to myself, and the remembrance of my grandmother.The cake was dry and crumbly, and the icing was not good. First off. You can not make a German chocolate cake with Hershey chocolate. The best german chocolate to use is from Baker's. The icing was not cooked from scratch and if so it lacked the condensed milk. I will continue to visit Gabriel's in Marietta.I'll double back Piece if Cake when you get it together. I also purchased a slice of pound cake, white chocolate, strawberry-white, key lime, and hummingbird. All amazing.
