The cakes are not as good as they used to be. The white chocolate seems dry to me it used to be really moist. The workers seem like they are angry some do not speak when entering or let you know that you can use your rewards towards part of your purchase.

Recommended dishes: Red Velvet Cake, White Chocolate Cake

The red velvet and birthday cake slices were delicious as usual.

Lied about the rewards program. Still made a purchase, I won’t come back to this location anymore.

Went in because I had a sweet tooth and wanted to taste test with my kids. I bought three cupcakes. Caramel, birthday cake, Oreo and every single one was dry. 😩😞 very disappointed in the quality

The White Chocolate Strawberry cake was so moist and delicious! Fresh strawberries, sweet creamy frosting. I definitely have to go back and try it again!

I really wish they would just throw away or donate the stale slices. It's such an annoyance to get home and realize the slice of cake you purchased is stale. This is the ONLY location I've experienced stale slices. Please stop selling stale slices of cake at full price.

I bought 2 slices okay today. Both slices of cake are dry. Then I read the newest reviews and lots of other customers say that their cake is also dry. I don't know what happened in the last couple years but the Piece of Cake cakes used to be very moist. I'll definitely be looking for another cake company to spend my money on.

I usually come here every week, but after yesterday’s visit, I probably won’t be back. There was a new cashier, and when I asked for the birthday reward, she responded rudely. All the other staff are always very pleasant.

If she is going to be the main cashier, I will not return to this location.

I also registered for the new points system 3–4 weeks ago, so I’m not sure why it didn’t show up when I gave my phone number.

The heavy set cashier with the Ike Turner wig on is always dry and rude. I stopped coming specifically because the customer service lacks. I was not going to write a review because I actually love the cakes, but the representation of the business face is not a good look. I returned today and she still has the same dry underline displeasure to serve attitude. Makes ppl feel unwelcomed.

At this location, the weekly staff could be a little more friendly and greet with a warm smile when customers come into the store, show them or should I say us that we are welcome and that you appreciate stopping in your store and buying your product.
