The server was on her cell phone chatting away while she blew her nose and then started scooping toppings. No thanks!

The 6th time I’ve been to this location at the Atl airport… terrible!!! They never have what you want, out of original yogurt??? Seriously you have 2 flavors! Stock your store or let another vender give passengers something to eat!

Don’t bother. First, nobody was minding the store. After waiting about 5 minutes, I was about to leave when the attendant sauntered back in from somewhere else in the terminal. Her shirt was soiled. She said they were out of all but two flavors (which were different from what the temporary sign said was available). Their card machine was not working, so it was cash only. The attendant was nice enough, which is the only good thing I have to say.

The worker was friendly. They ran out of yogurt bowls and it was in the middle of the day. Not a huge deal since she was able to think on her feet. The place just seemed a little too dirty for me to be quite honest. I only purchased since my mom was in mood for yogurt.

Only vanilla and white peach flavors available. Not all toppings are available. I would not go out my way to eat at this Pinkberry location.

Soooo slow. Glacier pace. She had mine done but didn’t give it to me so, unbeknownst to me, it sat there until it was no longer cold!. Then she tried to give mine to someone else (someone 10th behind me in line) . Luckily he was nice enough to give it to me. ☹️ neither one of the workers apologized or seemed to give a rats.

The girl working here was so rude, left my drink sitting out while helping 7 other people then slowly worked on it and gave it to me it was messy. No smile just rude mannerisms. Very bad service ? (The guy was helpful, but he didn’t make our drinks)

The employees here do not honor their opening/working hours. Stopped by well after 10 and told me they wouldnt open until 11, which the directory says the store opens at 10. Very poor customer service like everyone else has already said

Had 2 hour delay. Watched client after client walk up. Wait 4-5 mins for someone to walk out of the back to help them and then left. They probably lost 75-80 orders over this time period.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I fly through ATL often and love Pinkberry. But I can’t tell you the last time I’ve been able to have it because they are never open, even during “open” hours. They always have some excuse or there’s simply no one there. Or they are open but have nothing available. What a complete disaster of a restaurant.

Rude. Closed when I was next in line for maintenance maintenance she said. Didn't reopen when posted sign indicated.

7 people waited in a line and 2 female employees laughed and refused to serve customers. The owner of this establishment is losing massive tons of money because of this. Never go to this establishment if you value customer service. Getting the employees to serve is quite a task. I’ve never experienced something like this before.
