One Flew South is a must if you have the time between flights. I sat at the bar (was seated fast with no reservation) and was lucky enough to have Phil guide my journey. During my time there, I heard all the staff ask how long each customer has. So they're aware that sometimes you've got to eat and go. One Flew South provided the best airport meal we've ever had. We tilted toward the Japanese portion of the menu and weren't disappointed. The beverage list offers an interesting selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Service was friendly and professional. At the airport! The cool, relaxing space offers a great respite from the surrounding hustle and bustle. Be prepared to open your wallet.

Bethany at the bar saw me searching desperately for a place to order and she got me a delightful bourbon and coke when I needed it most. I have had quite a chaotic day and needed the kindness I experienced today very badly. Bethany is an angel in the airport and I hope everyone gets greeted by her.
