About 40 / 40 Bar

40 / 40 Bar is a well-liked place for travelers passing through Atlanta. The staff, especially Danielle, are known for their friendly, attentive, and personable service, helping weary travelers feel at home. Customers often mention Danielle's professionalism, noting she stays focused on the entire seating area and remains calm even during long delays. Her exceptional service is described as better than what is usually experienced at a five-star restaurant. Visitors appreciate her charm and dedication, with some saying she could teach others how to provide such excellent care. Recent reviews highlight the kind hospitality of staff members like Mimi, who graciously held onto a traveler's belongings until they could retrieve them. The bar has been upgraded, and it now offers a legit lounge vibe with fast service, balanced drinks, and fresh food, making it a hidden gem at ATL. Tia is also praised for her impressive handling of a busy crowd, though some mention that the food selection can be limited and not ideal if looking for a variety of meals. Overall, while the experience can vary, many recommend visiting for the good drinks, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere, especially if seeking a comfortable place during a layover.

Chicken Caesar was phenomenal and super surprising for airport food.

Good looked good and came out quick. I didn’t order food but servers were very standoffish. Also kind of dirty

Ate the most mid tasting nachos here that had the consistency of being microwaved. Most of their food and alcoholic beverages were out of stock at 6pm on a Sunday. I should’ve taken that as my sign. Getting a table was slightly difficult, it is busy and tables can be snagged by people who may not be eating there. For the price I paid, it was not worth it, a skip. Service was ok, literally go to the bar, wait for the food and take it back to your table like a cafeteria.
