The 6th time I’ve been to this location at the Atl airport… terrible!!! They never have what you want, out of original yogurt??? Seriously you have 2 flavors! Stock your store or let another vender give passengers something to eat!

Hello? Anyone home?Middle of the day and nobody was staffing this store. The lights were on but not very bright. Several items were covered (with paper) on the menu - size small (apparently they can't just put a small in a larger cup), and I'm guessing flavors, but as no flavors are posted I couldn't tell.Don't waste your time trying to go here.

I LOVE Pinkberry!!!! Seriously love it, and go every chance I get. No matter what time of day I fly through Atlanta, I always make an effort to stop by Pinkberry, however no matter what time of day, no one has ever been there. Usually a sign that says "Be back in 15 minutes. Today I was excited because for the first time ever, someone was there! I asked for a large Original flavor and received the response of, "I'm sorry, we only have vanilla or chocolate, and only have the small size." As I walked away disappointed, I was confused because I didn't remember ever seeing vanilla or chocolate as options at a Pinkberry. When I checked the website I saw that they have vanilla bean, or chocolate hazelnut, but not vanilla or chocolate. I don't know what the story is, but if you are a Pinkberry fan, don't go here.

Don’t bother. First, nobody was minding the store. After waiting about 5 minutes, I was about to leave when the attendant sauntered back in from somewhere else in the terminal. Her shirt was soiled. She said they were out of all but two flavors (which were different from what the temporary sign said was available). Their card machine was not working, so it was cash only. The attendant was nice enough, which is the only good thing I have to say.

This is apparently no longer a Pinkberry and hasn't been for a long time according to an employee. Some renter is just furnishing their own non-branded containers and generic chocolate and vanilla mixes and and the signs are starting to fall off the walls. The glass is filthy and the employees are everything other reviewers have already comically described. I used to time my layovers for the ATL Pinkberry. This might be a timed restroom day now.

The worker was friendly. They ran out of yogurt bowls and it was in the middle of the day. Not a huge deal since she was able to think on her feet. The place just seemed a little too dirty for me to be quite honest. I only purchased since my mom was in mood for yogurt.

Soooo slow. Glacier pace. She had mine done but didn’t give it to me so, unbeknownst to me, it sat there until it was no longer cold!. Then she tried to give mine to someone else (someone 10th behind me in line) . Luckily he was nice enough to give it to me. ☹️ neither one of the workers apologized or seemed to give a rats.

The girl working here was so rude, left my drink sitting out while helping 7 other people then slowly worked on it and gave it to me it was messy. No smile just rude mannerisms. Very bad service ? (The guy was helpful, but he didn’t make our drinks)

Would give 0 stars if I could because I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come out and help us order but never did. I was with 2 other people who were waiting too and were yelling into the back saying we were waiting out there. We could hear someone doing stuff in the back and they never came out. My gate was across from the store and I saw someone else go up to the store about 10 min later and finally a girl peeked her head out from the back and then went back. I went up and said excuse me and she came back out and when I asked if I could order she said no and that she "wasn't working right now" but that the store didn't close until 9pm (it was 6pm). I asked when she would be working again and she shrugged, took her phone out of her pocket, checked the time and said 6:45pm. I told her that she should put a sign up to say that because I'd seen about 20 people go up and leave and she said she's not allowed to ???

This location at Terminal A is very poor, in service (lacklustered sense of urgency or wanting to come to work), quality (when they do decide to sell smoothies, whether they have enough fruits or lids...or whatever excuse...the smoothie is runny). Prices have been manually covered over and jacked up. My sense is that they are losing their lease and trying to minimize customer orders...or don't care if Freshens is better and will shut them down. Sad fate.

The employees here do not honor their opening/working hours. Stopped by well after 10 and told me they wouldnt open until 11, which the directory says the store opens at 10. Very poor customer service like everyone else has already said
