“I don’t know the young lady’s name from my order yesterday, 11/25/2025, but she did AWESOME!!! I ordered yearly in the morning as soon as they opened up, which is at 10am. She was very warm, professional, courteous and she made my food with a sense of urgency, and she was the only one there! Thank you to her….(my apologies I didn’t get your name or else I would have included it in this review) two thumbs up to you Ms. Lady 👍🏾👍🏾

“I have never had a bad experience at this location, regarding service or food. I've been coming here since 2021, getting occasional pizza. My order is always prepared quickly, hot and tastes great. I'm also familiar with two managers who I see eaca time I visit, and they must run the store very well, because it's always great service with them.“

“This is hands-down the best cheese pizza I've ever had. You order it and it's extra cheesy and it melts in your mouth.I've generally not been a fan of Pizza Hut because I never seem to get very good tasting pizza but this place is definitely the exception and a place I will definitely be returning to because it's amazingly tasty

“2 kids and I shared a large pizza while biking around the city. Frankly, I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Pizza had a nice crust, both crisp and chewy. Plenty of sauce that was not a sweet as usual and enough cheese to satisfy my kids as well. Will definitely go back again.“

“I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my recent experience with Pizza Hut. I placed an order for a family dinner night, and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the items. I arrived at the store expecting the usual runaround—but instead, I was met with genuine concern and a team that truly cared.

Not only did they remake the entire order without hesitation, but they offered to personally deliver it to my car while I waited. The manager even followed up to make sure everything was perfect. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or robotic, Pizza Hut reminded me what great hospitality looks like.

“I'm in love with the Crafted Flatzz with beef from Pizza Hut! The flavor was amazing, and the beef topping was generous. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the whole experience was so satisfying. The restaurant itself was also very clean and welcoming. Plus, they have a buffet option for those who want to sit down and enjoy a meal, which is a great touch. If you're a fan of flatbread pizzas, you have to try this! Highly recommend!“

“The same thing happened to us where we ordered through the website, but our food was delivered through DoorDash. (We weren’t aware this was going to happen.) Got a text to meet the dasher outside, but they never arrived. Then we received another message saying it had been hand delivered. They also never answered the phone when called.
We called the store and they were very helpful and offered to remake the order. They told us it would be delivered through DoorDash again, but we opted to do pick up instead.
So I would recommend this location, it’s always been really fresh and a consistent quality, but maybe for pickup only now.“

“Julia and Andrew at the 2980 Cobb pkwy location was SUPERB the MIN I walked through the door! Food nice and hot…EXCELLENT customer service Ansa was literally in and out within 4 mins. I HAD to leave this review before pulling off. Well done! I pray they get every blessing coming their way!!!“

“Store is very clean and you are greeted with a warm welcome by staff as soon as you enter the building the manager Dresh I believe that’s how you spell it is so freaking amazing she went above and beyond just to get my order correct she is so kind and professional I absolutely love her she is so amazing her and the gentleman that work with her they always go above and beyond to make sure all customers are completely satisfied and the young man named Loe is absolutely amazing at his job his customer skills are A1 him and Dresh are always there when I come in and place my order and take excellent care of me and others“

“I give the atmosphere three stars because they always got somebody standing at the door selling something or blocking the door. It’s very uninviting. I don’t think it’s something that Pizza Hut could control, but it could be alarming at times. Everything else five stars.“

“I just want to start this off by saying that we have spent the entire day at Six flags and left famished. I placed an order at the nearest Pizza Hut. Listen here. NO ONE OUTPIZZAS THIS HUT. This is the most beautiful pizza that I have seen in a while AND IT WAS FRESH!!! ? I went inside to pay and the cashier was so friendly. She even offered me plates and napkins. We really needed the plates because we are traveling back tonight. This experience has been by far the greatest with Pizza Hut. Way to go Cascade Rd!“

“I ordered online for carryout on the $2 Tuesday PPP. When I got there, several people were already waiting. I could tell they were swamped but they did a very good job of getting the orders out and keeping up. The manager was still very customer friendly although you could tell she was frustrated. There should probably be some extra help on days you do specials although I’m sure you don’t want to pay for the labor. Overall there was no chaos and everyone was able to get their order in a timely manner despite the surge.“

“So I have to give credit where it's do. The manager on duty was a true gentleman. He is having issues with door dash not delivering the customers orders. The reason we are not receiving our food fresh and on time is because they have to revamp their delivery process. I went to the location HANGRY and the staff was pleasant. I originally asked for a refund, but the calmness of the employees made me give them some grace and we were able to understand what has been going on with deliveries. I wish them all at this location many BLESSINGS and I pray they get rid of door dash asap. They replaced my order and the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you for great service in weird times!!!!!!“
