“I don’t know the young lady’s name from my order yesterday, 11/25/2025, but she did AWESOME!!! I ordered yearly in the morning as soon as they opened up, which is at 10am. She was very warm, professional, courteous and she made my food with a sense of urgency, and she was the only one there! Thank you to her….(my apologies I didn’t get your name or else I would have included it in this review) two thumbs up to you Ms. Lady 👍🏾👍🏾

“I have never had a bad experience at this location, regarding service or food. I've been coming here since 2021, getting occasional pizza. My order is always prepared quickly, hot and tastes great. I'm also familiar with two managers who I see eaca time I visit, and they must run the store very well, because it's always great service with them.“

“The manager on duty, Roy, assisted me this evening. Yesterday, I mistakenly placed my pizza order for carryout instead of delivery. Because I believed the order was for delivery, I included a tip at the time of purchase. Once I realized the error, I asked if it would be possible to receive a credit for the tip I had added. Roy kindly offered to issue the credit to my Pizza Hut account instead, which I accepted. I appreciated his prompt assistance and the quick resolution to the situation.“

“This is hands-down the best cheese pizza I've ever had. You order it and it's extra cheesy and it melts in your mouth.I've generally not been a fan of Pizza Hut because I never seem to get very good tasting pizza but this place is definitely the exception and a place I will definitely be returning to because it's amazingly tasty

“2 kids and I shared a large pizza while biking around the city. Frankly, I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Pizza had a nice crust, both crisp and chewy. Plenty of sauce that was not a sweet as usual and enough cheese to satisfy my kids as well. Will definitely go back again.“

“ii literally order from Pizza Hut every Friday and ii have been doing this for for 20 years but this location maybe 2-3 years consecutively.. ii typically order with the app making it super fast and the pizza is typically ready in 15 mins. ii come thru the drive thru (already paid with the app) so it's an easy pick up and go. My only suggestion is that ii think every pizza order should come with napkins, and those disposable plates. (ii always forget to ask becuz ii assume it's standard)“

“The same thing happened to us where we ordered through the website, but our food was delivered through DoorDash. (We weren’t aware this was going to happen.) Got a text to meet the dasher outside, but they never arrived. Then we received another message saying it had been hand delivered. They also never answered the phone when called.
We called the store and they were very helpful and offered to remake the order. They told us it would be delivered through DoorDash again, but we opted to do pick up instead.
So I would recommend this location, it’s always been really fresh and a consistent quality, but maybe for pickup only now.“

“Store is very clean and you are greeted with a warm welcome by staff as soon as you enter the building the manager Dresh I believe that’s how you spell it is so freaking amazing she went above and beyond just to get my order correct she is so kind and professional I absolutely love her she is so amazing her and the gentleman that work with her they always go above and beyond to make sure all customers are completely satisfied and the young man named Loe is absolutely amazing at his job his customer skills are A1 him and Dresh are always there when I come in and place my order and take excellent care of me and others“

“I called into order a delivery and was greeted by LaRhonda. She was quick in taking my call and she had a tone that said let’s get this done. I asked her name and she politely gave it to me after taking mine. I gave my order and asked if she’d be so kind to ensure my pizza was as ordered due to an order I received before not being correct, and she ensured me that it would be. She gave me assurance that she have and are continuing to build a new team. And when my pizza came, she told no lies. My pizza was just as I ordered and it satisfied the taste I had for a good ol’ Pizza Hut pizza! I demolished half the pizza in 10 mins lol. I am very satisfied with my order and the service she and her A team provided. Thank you so much LaRhonda. You are truly an asset to Pizza Hut. Have no fear, ORDER HERE!!! ❤️“

“I just want to start this off by saying that we have spent the entire day at Six flags and left famished. I placed an order at the nearest Pizza Hut. Listen here. NO ONE OUTPIZZAS THIS HUT. This is the most beautiful pizza that I have seen in a while AND IT WAS FRESH!!! ? I went inside to pay and the cashier was so friendly. She even offered me plates and napkins. We really needed the plates because we are traveling back tonight. This experience has been by far the greatest with Pizza Hut. Way to go Cascade Rd!“

“So I have to give credit where it's do. The manager on duty was a true gentleman. He is having issues with door dash not delivering the customers orders. The reason we are not receiving our food fresh and on time is because they have to revamp their delivery process. I went to the location HANGRY and the staff was pleasant. I originally asked for a refund, but the calmness of the employees made me give them some grace and we were able to understand what has been going on with deliveries. I wish them all at this location many BLESSINGS and I pray they get rid of door dash asap. They replaced my order and the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you for great service in weird times!!!!!!“
