place an order for pizza at 9:30pm, was told that the order will take 35 mins, after waiting for almost 1 hr and 45 mins, I decided to call only to be told that all delivery orders was cancel because the driver had to leave. no one even call to let us know. this is such poor service. the person hang up the phone when I was telling her its poor service.Never again.

The worst service of any pizza hut. Pizza took 40 longer than expected and then on a $14.14 order only gave $5 change since they didnt have coins. Managers response was do you want the pizza.
I can't believe how inconsiderate these people are...they gave me an Eta of 8:37 and after calling several times nobody was able to tell me where my order was. I finally spoke with the manager Erica for the second time and was told that the driver came back with my order and made no attempt to come to my door..the address is clear on our house!!!! She gave two..you know whats about the inconvenience. Next time I will order Papa John's.
