I came here and the lady was not happy about the ordering because I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 Pepsi liters and she give me 1 Pepsi liter and I told her you forgot the other one because I ordered 2 liters of Pepsi and she gave me an another one and it’s the diet soda and told her regular Pepsi and she still gives me a wrong one and I left the restaurant and didn’t like it.
Absolute worst experience. I ordered via the app, i placed my order. Expected delivery was for 9:55pm. One hour after placing. I get a call at 10pm from a random person stating that the delivery driver delivered him my order and wanted to know if I was the one that ordered and told the driver my address as the driver did not speak good english. Absolute awful customer service. It took almost 2 hours to deliver wings and breadsticks, then the breadsticks didn’t even have any seasoning on them!! Not to mention the cold food. Called and spoke to Jonathan multiple times and he wasn’t upset or worried or even willing to help. He did give a $5 discount. Seriously?!?!?! This location is awful.
