Ordered online - told 20 minutes to pickup. They are notoriously late so I arrived at 25 minutes. I go inside and see my order hasn't even been made yet and have another 25+ minutes to stand or sit and freeze while they think about making pizzas.
I cancelled my order and left. Will never return to any Pizza Hut.
So......I called an order in for 12 wings all flats and was told 10 to 15 minutes. Once I arrived my sister went in and was in there for a super long time. I then parked and went in to find out what was taking so long. The guy at the counter started searching for my order and looking bewildered. He then brought over an order of boneless wings. I said that's not my order. The female came over and asked him what did he do with my order only to find out that he gave it away....read full review
