Ordered a pizza online at 3:45 p.m and received an email that it would arrive around 4:30 p.m. When i called at 4;50 p.m. because the order had still not arrived they informed me that their delivery driver had just clocked out and the next one would not be in until 5:30 and i would now have to wait until after 6:00 to receive my order. Very unprofessional. I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut at all. Looks like Papa Johns just received a new customer!
So I order a pizza on-line right, it took them 40 minutes to tell me that they did not have any drivers, I mean what kind of place is this ? I have been managing for at least 3 years and this is unacceptable, when I spoke with the manager he said that he didn't even know he had an online order...
You have got to be kidding me Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks and after 2 hours I had to call the store where I was told the drivers had left for the day and no more deliveries were going to be made. The store said the only way I was getting my food is if I went and picked it up after it had been sitting for who knows how long. What kind of place that delivers food just has their delivery people go home for the day and have no one remaining to provide the service?...read full review
