My recent experience at this Pizza Hut was beyond appalling and entirely due to the actions of the General Manager Randy. There were multiple open seats in the waiting area yet he demanded that I and several other customers stand outside in the pouring rain. When I respectfully asked for the district sales manager’s contact information Randy not only refused but completely stopped engaging with me and four other waiting customers.
