I was really excited to try this location since I’ve been to other PLANTA Queens like the one in Miami, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the same standard. The flavor profiles just weren’t as bold or balanced, and several dishes felt like they were missing that signature flair PLANTA is known for. Sad to see this location has since closed, but hopefully they bring back something with the same energy and flavor as the others.
Great vegan restaurant - beautiful, elegant but well balanced decor. Patrick's service was excellent and I enjoy sitting on the well shaded patio- I had the vegan nachos- it was great and was a healthy portion- My only snippet was that I wished they'd offered more salads - or even a "make your own" salad- Not complaining- just my $0.02 - great place either way
Excellent food and service! Definitely worth the trip. Becoming my regular Sunday location!
The restaurant was out of many of their main entrees. Our drink order was forgotten. Our nachos were forgotten and then later brought to the table for us to eat there when we requested a to go order. None of this was due to our waitress. She was apologetic and accommodating. We returned a little later to order a piece of key lime cake to go and it took forever. Yesterday evening was a bad day at Planta. We will return and hopefully that experience will be better!
The mothers day brunch When my family arrived it was hair on the table and the table was dirty. As we got moved to a new table they gave us two free wine drinks which was not by choice from a selection it was nasty to my mother When i arrived the waitress did not greet me or give me a menu ask if i wanted water anything. A choice from the mothers day brunch was unavailable so it had to be substituted with chicken n waffles The sushi platter was delicious how ever the one style was disgusting and the y was not enough to feed the table yo at-least try one or two. I had to order more when i asked could we get rid of the nasty ones and replaced with the ones we liked.. The bill was extremely high and was not totally satisfied with how this experience was
The food was great, but the hostess was dismissive when we arrived, which was disappointing.
My mom had a fantastic time celebrating her birthday! She raved about the service and the food!
I am not Vegan, but a friend is, and asked to eat here while we were on business in Atlanta. Has a great vibe, service was on point, and have to say everything we ate and drank was very good.
It was really good, however when I arrived at my reservation time they said they didn't see a reservation for me
We made a reservation for my brother's birthday for 7:30. Got there was told it was a 40 minute wait. They need to stop overbooking the restaurant and turn Opentable/Resy off and use it properly to stagger reservations. We were hungry so we left and ended up just eating in the market. Don't care to come back.

We were on time for our reservation. Were told it would be an our and a half wait. We left.
Awful experienc Poor planning on restaurant's part Arrived on time for reservation Given notice of one and a half hour wait Unacceptable Never again on a special occasion Highly disappointed!
We went for Valentine's Day and it was a nightmare. We had a 8pm reservation and we were not seated until 9:30pm. They overbooked the restaurant and many people just left. The management set the hostess and waiters up to fail. They were very nice , but overwhelmed by the amount of people and the fact that the food was taking so long to come out. Once we were seated it took most of our food very long to come out. We were still waiting for our main dish at 11pm. The couple next to us had a 7:30pm reservation and was also waiting for their main dish. One of our main dishes was udon noodles which they apparently ran out of, but did not notify us. They replaced it with penne pasta and intended to charge $26 dollars for it. By the time we got our final dish it was about 11:15pm and it was not good. We did have two dishes we enjoyed, the dragon roll and poke bowl. They were very well seasoned and creative. Unfortunately, all the other problems make it so we may never try this restaurant again. They truly ruined our holiday and the plans we had after dinner. I think the worse part is that we were there many hours and received no comment from the manager. Management truly didn't seem to be supporting the staff. Shout out to the hostess who was by herself trying her best to manage the crowd and our waiter Anthony who was kind and also trying his best.
The restaurant was overbooked reservations for 7 they didn't try to seat us until 838. Ask the host could we do reservations for the next day they host agreed went the next day the host never reschedule it and was very rude about it
Did their Valentines dinner, which had a fixed price and menu. Food was excellent. They oversold their tables, however, and we were lucky to have gotten an early reservation. Many people waited a while to be seated.
