Our take on the traditional Japanese soup consists of dashi stock, miso paste with diced tofu added.
Garlic Spam Musubi
This Is our version of the "swoon-worthy Hawaiian snack" (The Washington Post) in the tradition of Japanese onigiri. We season and sear a slice of Spam, place it on a bed of white rice, add flavor with our sweet shoyu sauce and garlic crisps, and wrap the whole thing in nori.
Side of Spicy Edamame
A preparation of soybeans in the pod which is popular throughout Asia. Our version is seasoned with a Pokeworks special spicy recipe combining togarashi, sugar and kosher salt to bring out all the flavor.

This is a great place for a tasty lunch, and the service is really quick! I come here pretty often to get a poke bowl on my lunch break. They have a bunch of really good sauces but my favorite is the sriracha aioli to top the salmon and tuna. A little bit spicy combined with the sweetness from the mandarin oranges. Can't be beat.

The food was fantastic. I love it, it’s healthy and I definitely will be returning. Lorne was a great help when it came to running my girlfriend and I though the creation process.

Pokeworks is a great place to get fresh poke bowls Aloi or Abi was amazing she was so patient and listened to my needs while making my bowl great customer service. The restaurant is clean and welcoming I highly recommend to anyone that wants a bright and fresh tasting meal during the summertime
