Polaris is a great dining experience, offering delicious food, drinks, and service in a lively atmosphere. The restaurant is highly recommended, with a highlight being the fantastic Polaris Steak Oscar, cooked to perfection. The Sea Bass is also flavorful. The staff is pleasant and attentive, with some servers going above and beyond to ensure a great time. While the entrance kiosk and logo may be in need of an update, the overall experience makes up for it.
