The food is good but customer service kind of sucks. As soon as I walked in I was being rushed on what to order and not given any time to think. They are very rude and laughed in my face when I was deciding on what to order. Very unprofessional. Not to mention, I got my order and received a total of 5 fries!

My daughter suggested I try Pollo Campero because she knows how much I love fried chicken, but also hate to cook it. I'm so glad she did. I purchased the 3 piece meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. The 2 thighs and 1 leg were crispy and very flavorful. The fries were plentiful and cooked just right. Everything was great and I plan on going again.

Always tasty. I like how the chicken always tastes the same. Even the same as other franchise locations.

Their dining room is too small, and always crowded.

I'm not a fan of their new recipe for the rice.
