The food was delicious (fish and grits) 🤤 and the fountain makes the difference, very pleasant!! I didn’t give the 5 starts because of the service!! It’s doesn’t feel that we are in Geogia, beautiful place!!

The food was yummy. They were light on the sauce for the potatoes so we did ask for more of that. The service was very slow, but it was obvious they didn’t have enough servers for the whole place. Our server was working inside and outside. Ambiance was great. Drinks were yummy, I would definitely come back when I know I have time to kill. Only other thing I would say is if they could change it, I would suggest the fountain light be changed to something more warm that matches the rest of the vibe. It was very harsh blue once it was dark and was an eyesore.

Pom Court is a small, quaint outdoor patio that has a very relaxed vibe. There's a fountain in the center and the ambience is pleasant. The food was not bad but lacked a little flavor. The presentation was very nice. The service was a little sub-par, though, as there was no hostess upon our arrival and as such we did not know how to get in. The food took a very long time to arrive and the first thing to arrive was our main entrees. Even before our silverware. Drinks came afterward, and we had to remind the server for our coffees. Everyone was nice, and the overall experience was good.

Located in a really cute courtyard at the Hotel Granada, this restaurant is the best.

The breakfast and dinner bites were very good! As were the drinks.

Highly recommend checking out, even if staying elsewhere.

Some of the food dishes we ate were:
1. Blue cornbread and butter—had this twice!
2. Salad—very good. Not too much salad dressing. Great flavors.
3. Fried green tomatoes—best I’ve had in a while. Loved the sauce.
4. Avocado toast with scrambled eggs
5. Grits
6. Patatas bravas—they were able to adjust these for me and make them vegetarian.

The outdoor seating of this place is so relaxing and soothing; it’s unfortunate that the service and food are not up to the standards. It wasn’t busy, yet the service was very slow and the water cups were always empty ( doesn’t helpwith the dry food). They served the mains before the appetizers ( the burger 15 minutes before the patatas bravas). The staff was friendly, but still. The food was very dry and the flavors do not blend well. I’m really dissapointed given how cute this place is.

Atmosphere is fun. Drinks are reasonably priced. Parking is absolutely ridiculous. Valet costs 20 dollars and takes forever to get your car. I waited 45 minutes for mine.

An underwhelming experience in hospitality.

All online appearances lead to the idea this dining destination is going to be a well curated experience. Just know - this dining destination would not be in business if it were not attached to a hotel.

Hotel restaurants can be hit or miss, this one is a BIG miss. Recently one Sunday a friend booked brunch at Pom Court, located in the lobby of Hotel
Granada. The menu looked lively , it was on OpenTable - what could go wrong? I call it a dining destination, because it’s not a restaurant - it’s a hotel lobby with a kitchen.

Upon arrival I was unable to find the restaurant. There is no sign, no hostess stand, no tables set, no silverware, no dining tables (really). I asked a member of the hotel - “Hi, how are you? Where is the restaurant located?” With a look of disgust & no reply to my greeting, she finally said “you are in it” - quickly walking away. We kind of laughed it off, but it should have been one of the first red flags.

The second red flag should have been seating yourself. Our party of four found a table and waited for a hotel staff member or anyone to formally explain what was going on exactly. Sitting at a nice sized empty table with no placemats, silverware, glassware, or any sign this was a working restaurant. Our server soon arrived, passing our menus (wearing clothes from home, casually dressed in a champion hooded sweatshirt). Calm in demeanor, with no introduction to the restaurant, menu or cocktail offerings, we began to navigate this peculiar experience.

It was clear our feelings weren’t out of the norm as another party was leaving we kind of joked about the vibe and waved bye to the only other “restaurant” guests. The lobby was silent, no music. There were no guests on the patio or in the restaurant except for our table. Soon our cocktails arrived & they were lovely. The bartender was listening to music in his earbud & again, in the most laughable & confusing spirit - we joked with each other that we wish we could hear some music too! Occasionally a hotel guest would check out, offering some sort of reprieve from the silent hotel lobby.

Our meals soon arrived & they were delicious. Please note the price of the menu on their website does not reflect the cost in person. For instance, the burger reflects a $19 cost online, but a $21 cost in person. There were no Bellinis this day & we joked “You know what sounds good - a Bellini”

Soon it was time to order more cocktails, however the bartender had now vanished. Our server highlighted he was missing and apologized for the delay. 15 minutes later, our second round arrived.

This $300+ (with tip) brunch was about to end & I confirmed with our server if they validate our parking. She was very aloof & was unsure how parking worked. And advised me “I could check with the front desk” . As I was about to tip her (fairly) on the handheld kiosk passed around the table, I asked if I needed to speak with the front desk or was she going to ask about parking. She soon returned with shrugged shoulders advising they didn’t have much pull with valet & the cost would be $20 to park. This was disappointing, but expected with the odd experience we encountered. Everything just felt so out of place and not hospitable or welcoming. Almost felt like we were burdening anyone to work that day.

I wouldn’t recommend spending $320.00 on a Sunday brunch at Pom Court. While the meal was delicious, the professionalism & informal hospitality was not a welcoming spirit to return. With some attention to detail, light training & customer service initiatives, this hotel lobby restaurant has great potential’

3.5 Stars: Courtyard space was super cute for Sunday brunch. Service was very friendly but overwhelmingly slow. Food was stellar, but the slow delivery of drinks (food was delivered before our drinks) was unforgivable. Also the fact that it took 15 minutes for me to pay the front desk the $20 for valet parking was disappointing. Death by a thousand cuts is keeping this place from being a a great brunch destination.

Made reservations for a Friday date night. Such a cute little spot. Highly recommend this place for a fun girl's night or date night. Service was a little slow so best if you're not in a rush.

Service: It was pretty packed but we were immediately seated. Unfortunately, we waited for 20-30 minutes without service until we waved the host down. They seemed a bit short staffed but the whole staff was helping where they could with the host entering our order. The staff was super friendly so we didn't mind too much.

Food: The food came out quickly. It was delicious! My favorite was the pickled vegetables. Loved ordering a bunch of apps.

Drinks: OMG, the drinks were SO well made and absolutely delicious. Strong with unique flavor profiles. Not to mention they were aesthetic.

Vibes: OMG, it was such a fun court yard vibe. Very lively and loved the elements of nature. Tucked away within the city. You would have no idea a few feet away was the main street.

The service and cocktail execution were good at the bar.

I would encourage management to train staff to limit non-guest related conversations in front of patrons. Also, spend some time on training staff on cocktails and spirits expected of a business like this.

Very cool place, if not too hot outside it’s a great spot. Even better if you can walk there and not drive. Food was better than expected for hotel, the burger was incredible and one of the best I’ve had in Atlanta
