Came during the lunch rush when the food court is usually packed, and I was seriously impressed. The line moved incredibly fast, and I got my combo piping hot in no time. The staff keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine.

This is my first time in the United States, and I arrived really hungry and stumbled upon this restaurant. Honestly, the chicken totally exceeded my expectations, and the service was excellent! I'll definitely be back.

I did not pay attention to where this location was but came here because of rating. The cashier was super nice and accommodating. I would totally go out of my way to come to the food court mall and get Popeyes because of this experience. Food was good and we got it quick!

WARNING!! The man in the picture says he's the manager at this Popeyes. He tried to charge me $11 for 6 biscuits only. I had just purchased the same item at the kiosk for $6 the day before. He is overcharging customers at this Popeyes Pay attention try the kiosk first double check the prices. Especially if you see him!!!

Pleasantly surprised to find Popeye’s in Cumberland Mall.

Warm and quickly served, but the sauce on the crispy sauce wings was a bit too spicy and heavily seasoned. I wish they had used less sauce so the spices wouldn't be dominating, or maybe that's just their signature style. The Tender Box is a great pick and quite satisfying without being too filling.
