On June 14, 2026 @ around 7:45PM I made a purchase at this Popeyes Louisiana Chicken facility. The attendant appeared to be combative, rude, slow and disengage! I specified and emphasized that I needed MILD FLAVORED CHICKEN, however upon returning home my order was filled with SPICY/CRISPY CHICHEN; with the price of gas and in today's economy, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stress the importance of filling customer's orders correctly as I don't believe that's too much to ask. Upon disbursing the order the said young woman on the counter demanded my receipt, which is rightfully my proof of purchase. Upon returning to the store the manager/supervisor Tanisha/Tamika displayed an annoyed unprofessional demeanor without any apology, she corrected the order however expressed no concern for my receipt taken by counter agent. I have patronized your business relentlessly but this level of service is strongly discouraging and demands immediate attention!!!

I am extremely concerned and disappointed regarding conduct associated with an employee connected to this Popeyes location. An image/post involving me was publicly shared in a manner that appeared intentionally defamatory, harassing, humiliating, and damaging to my reputation and personal privacy.

This type of conduct may constitute inappropriate public behavior, reputational harm, and potential harassment, and it reflects poorly on the standards of professionalism and accountability expected from individuals representing a national business establishment. Companies have a responsibility to ensure employees do not engage in conduct that could expose the business to complaints involving harassment, defamation, hostile conduct, or reputational liability.

I respectfully request that management promptly investigate this matter, admonish the employee appropriately, require immediate removal of the image/content, and take corrective action expeditiously in accordance with company policy and professional standards. Failure to address conduct of this nature only encourages further misconduct and unnecessary escalation.

I hope this matter is handled seriously, professionally, and without delay.

I just know this manager here is ALWAYS very sweet & helpful. I was a lil sad hanging my head low on the way out because I was told there weren’t any mild tenders & she went straight to the back after seeing me looking down & made sure to see that I got the food I was looking for. I appreciate that because she coulda let me go on bout my day. I really love Popeyes, one of the only places I eat fast food from. So when I do want some I really want it! Thank you my love! Lil things count for something, I promise you that. I’m already late for work & this was my pick me up for the day. I was about to be late to work & have no lunch πŸ˜†πŸ˜† she fixed it! Mind you, He is yelling at me and his co-workers simultaneously about how many, they said they want - Ridiculous
