Food was cold. The ladies working there barely acknowledged me. The drink was flat and they had no ice. You call tell they all hate being there. Just pass.

Rude no ice

Extremely rude. Didn't listen to order and decided it was ok to yell at customers asking a simple question

It was 7:15AM and their sign says they open at 6AM. I asked would they be opening up later today and I was given a nasty look accompanied by glares, rolling eyes, mumbling and laughing. It’s okay this Popeyes is not the only restaurant in this airport, to the next.

if i could give this review a 0 i would. absolutely pathetic customer service all around.

person taking the order messed up our whole order we get to the cashier and they we say this is wrong this is what we want instead and they refuse to change it

the food was so half assed none of the sandwiches had the correct toppings on it

they outright refused to give us the correct order after their own employee didn’t get it right.

i even knew when ordering our food they were gonna mess it up from how nonchalant the person was being when taking our order, didn’t care to listen at all.

i usually have patience with these things but this was infuriating all around

DON'T do it! Sick for days from this food. Foodborne illness risk.

I became brutally ill from foodborne illness from food served at this location ~10pm on Oct 09 2024. My order was 3 pieces of regular chicken, red beans and rice, biscuit, ranch, Coke Zero.

Within 2 hours of eating this food, I vomited after getting off the plane.

I continued to vomit 10 more times in the next 4 hours. I spent the next 24 hours in bed with chills, fever, incoherence, and abdominal pain so severe it was difficult to sleep. I also experienced severe dehydration.

This was the only food I consumed from 4pm through when the illness began that night. It is nearly certain to be the cause.

I couldn't keep any food down for 30 hours after consuming the chicken meal. 4 days later I am still not recovered fully.

This location needs to urgently be inspected for food safety practices.

Atlanta airport concourse B. Their sign says they open at 6am. At 730am they still weren’t open.

Horrible. Rude staff. Unorganized- 3 different lines you have to go to. Don't wait your time! Waited 15 minutes along with others to get our food.

Fast service despite a long line. However, Monday night and they were out of a lot of items. No sandwiches. No ice. Took off some stars for that, but they have a good system of how they take orders, pay, and then get drinks. Just wish they kept better inventory.

Older black woman called me “baby”. Genuinely made my day, it feels as good as everyone says. ?
Remember to ask for napkins though

Wheelchair accessibility: You legitimately just walk in. It’s on the same level as everything else in the D terminal.

Like many others, tried to grab breakfast. Posted hours says they open at 6am. It's now 630am and they have not opened. Workers are in the back, but no one at the front register and no explanation for why they aren't open yet.

Update, just passed by at 7:05am, and they are still not open.

Ordering was weird with no indication on there being a separate line for ordering and another for paying, but the employees were all very nice, and the chicken sandwich was the best one I've had at a Popeyes. Extremely crispy, juicy, and fresh

Located at Concourse B @ Atl airport.I would rate negative if i could..WORST customer service ever. While the lady taking orders is nice and friendly, the ladies ladies at the pick up counter were unprofessional,rude,slow and bad attitude overall. The order process is confusing and the least they can do is help explain to customers and serve them as best they can. They were chit chatting and one actually rolled eyes when asked for ketchup. Never coming back here. If you value customer service, spend your money elsewhere .
