Postino in Buckhead is a popular wine café and restaurant chain, and now I understand why. The name Postino comes from Italian, meaning “the postman,” and the concept really fits—casual, neighborhood-style dining meant for sharing food, wine, and conversation, like messages being passed around.
This was our first time visiting, and we had the pleasure of meeting Corey, the manager, who was incredibly welcoming and genuinely excited that it was our first visit. He checked on us several times and made us feel right at home. Our server, Justin, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and easygoing.
When I asked Corey about the meatballs, he brought some out for us to try—and they are now officially my new favorite. Absolutely delicious.
This is truly a place to hang out: a friendly vibe, warm energy, and staff that make you feel like family. It honestly feels like a modern-day Cheers. We’re moving around the corner and are so happy to have found our new go-to spot. Amazing food, incredible staff, and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back.
Highly recommend. 🍷✨ sorry pictures are lacking due to we ate everything before I could snap any photos I will update in the future!

Our group had an amazing time at Postino in Buckhead (Atlanta)! The restaurant’s decor pays homage to the building’s roots as a Blockbuster Video. The walls were completely decked out with VHS tapes, and it was a total blast from the past admiring all the titles!

The servers were all super friendly and upbeat, and they were eager to help us with the menu and make sure everyone got something they liked. We chose to order multiple items off the menu and share them to make sure we had the wisest assortment to try.

The food all came out very quickly (so no worries for the starving folks in your group). Our favorite items were the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the doughnuts. All the food was great, though… and there wasn’t any left behind!

I go here all the time and have tried everything on the menu. Paninis are the best followed by the table cheese charcuterie board. The skewers are amazing if you want a meaty treat with tzatziki sauce.

Yeah Alex was amazing and I feel terrible that I forgot the other server's name. They were incredible, the OMG grilled cheese is aptly named, and it's a great spot with a staff that really cares.

I’ve given Postino Buckhead multiple chances, and unfortunately, the customer service continues to be disappointing—especially toward young Black men. Each time I’ve come in, I’m made to feel like an outcast instead of a valued guest. The energy completely shifts the moment I walk through the door—staff seem distant, uninterested, and inattentive, while other guests receive warm greetings and friendly service.

It’s disheartening to spend money at a place that doesn’t seem to value all of its customers equally. The food and atmosphere may draw people in, but no meal is worth being treated like you don’t belong. Buckhead has plenty of options with better hospitality and respect. Postino needs serious improvement in how they treat their guests—starting with basic courtesy and awareness.

The food was good, but the manager Travis was very rude and unprofessional. Their attitude made the experience uncomfortable, and it really took away from what could have been a nice visit.

I had an incredible time here because of Travis. I was hosting an event for Aperol Spritz and because of Travis and the hospitality from the management of team, it went spectacular! Ask for Travis when you go, he is very knowledgeable about the food. I tried many dishes on the menu and everything was 10/10z i recommend the meatballs with goat cheese.
