The grilled cheese sandwich was great. Good ambiance.

Full disclosure, I ordered through DoorDash.

The food, however, was just not what I would say is appetizing...

Based purely on taste:
Mediterranean board - 2/10
Grilled cheese - 6/10
Tomato soup - 4/10

We had genuinely the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. After we got sat we didn’t have anyone come up to us for about 20 minutes, finally a host brought us water but it took another 10 minutes for a server to actually come to our table. There were only a few other tables in the entire restaurant and all of the workers were just standing around or talking at the bar. The food was really good once we were finally able to order but afterwards we had to flag someone else down for the check and boxes because our server never came back.

The food was great but I’ve ordered a $14 drink and it was skimpy.
The service was really good. I just feel like they kept coming over to clear stuff immediately, and I felt like we were being rushed out when the restaurant was not busy at all.

I like the atmosphere but the food was not my favorite. Maybe if I got the Bruschetta?

I love Postino and come here often. Great food and atmosphere and service is usually good. But this Saturday it was very disappointing. We sat at the bar while waiting for the table and the bartender seemed like he was forced to be there. He never greeted us, rudely asked for id, no please no thank you. Had an attitude with us all night. I wanted to ask for some recommendation on the wine but decided not to as he seemed plain mad. I was really baffled as again usually I have a great experience there. Prices are already expensive everywhere now and then you get service like that and think it is better to stay home or spend money elsewhere. Very upsetting.

The worst Postino I’ve been to. I am a big fan of Postino, used to live in AZ where they started. Gilbert location was my spot, but I have been to the Phx, Scottsdale, Houston locations. This is my 3rd and last time at this Buckhead location. The first issue was my husband’s Hazy Little Thing came in a short glass… first time in our life a beer is serves in a drink cup. Second it was not the right beer as it was a clear IPA. The cauliflower came with a smidge of sauce underneath. I asked for extra sauces and paid $2 for each little sauce I asked so I could enjoy the cauliflower the way I always did. The bruschetta was so dry with very little toppings, the burrata one had no cheese. No wonder why it was empty. The Postino in Gilbert, AZ had to make a waiting area in the back that was turned into more places to sit. We would always have to wait. I am done with this one… will try Charlotte now.

A great patio and service. The food was good but not great as some of the dishes lacked flavor. The atmosphere and service were great!

Whether in AZ, CLT or GA - always a great experience with amazing food and service.

Having drinks or grabbing a bite - Postino is a fantastic concept that delivers every time.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Devine small plates and amazing atmosphere to bring friends and snack/drink wine. We had Nick as our server and he is an absolute delight! The smoked salmon board was amazing but the bruschetta takes the cake!! We had the burrata, pepper jam, apple/fig, and prosciutto. The pepper jam and goat cheese was AMAZING. Picture attached.

Came to this Italian restaurant for drinks the other night and left sorely disappointed. The espresso martini was $15 and made from a drink mix, which the menu doesn’t say. It says “Owen’s espresso” instead of “espresso mix” and for those who know espresso martinis, you can definitely taste the difference. It had poor foam and poor presentation. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good and other people seemed to enjoy themselves but we would not come back.

I’m a regular here at this point, I live right down the street. Staff is always amazing, bartenders & managers as well. Until I had an unpleasant experience the last time I was there. My bf and I sat inside about 2 or 3 weeks ago around 3 or 4 pm. Our server, a younger, skinny, reddish hair girl took care of us. When it was time to pay the tab we did the toast pay where they bring it to you and you pay at the table. She hovered over my boyfriend and watched how much he tipped. Instantly had an attitude… because he tipped 18% and when we asked for to go boxes she came back and just left it at the table and gave us a dirty look from a far…. I can’t make this up … we were so in shock. No goodbye, no thank you. I myself am in the industry and have never experienced anything like that. To hover over someone while they put a tip in? They get an attitude and not say anything because you didn’t get a 20% tip? It’s so unprofessional and we will definitely not be returning…
