Nice little neighborhood café with a cool patio and a small water fountain. The atmosphere is pleasant, but it’s right by a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy if you’re trying to relax or read outside. Parking was a bit confusing — there’s a “Free Parking” sign nearby, but no clear indication that it’s for customers or that they validate. I ended up paying since there were no signs or directions on their website, and no one answered the phone. Staff were friendly. Overall, a good spot, but they could improve their parking info and website organization

The coffee shop is great but the parking is horrendous. Prevail gives you two free hours, but every hour after that is expensive and if you over stay even just 30 minutes you will get a ticket from the PRRS parking for $104 which is ridiculous.

This place is aesthetically pleasing! Love the touch of greenery throughout as well. There’s a bar area to work as well as some tables but not many. I did not realize that the coffee shop was close to the apartment lobby, which is open for the public to use based on my observation, excluding the upstairs, as this is only for residents. Overall, I enjoyed my iced matcha with the honey vanilla syrup and oat milk while getting some work done on the comfy couch in the lobby.

One of my favorite coffee spots in town! The coffee is always on point! Rich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can tell they put effort into every cup.
The ambiance is just as good as the coffee. Chill music, comfy seating, and a warm, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to hang out, study, or catch up with friends. Staff is friendly too, which is always a plus.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coffee in a relaxing setting!

I have been here before and the barista seems to be the same each time. She is usually dismissive but today was another level. This is definitely one way to ruin a great business. Today was particularly disappointing, as she ignored me when I tried to confirm which coffee was mine. It really put a damper on the experience. I hope the atmosphere improves because the coffee itself is good, but the service really needs some attention.

I have yet to try their food/drinks, but this coffee shop is enormous and easily the most beautiful I’ve been to! I had to suddenly find a spot to study in for a few hours and came here, not realizing I’d stumbled upon a hidden gem. One of the best study spots I’ve been to.
