Time on Fourth of July with my family and the server guy with dreads hey no real attention to us we got our food didn’t get napkins then get silverware overall it wasn’t a really good experience

Food and atmosphere was good, but servers completely ignored us while serving other people who got to the bar after us.

Went here for a friend's birthday just now. To start of with the positives, we went bowling and it was pretty fun, also had a decent lounge area and some other games near there as well. As for the negatives, I'm a T1D and I still don't quite understand why I was told I wasn't allowed to bring in things necessary for managing it, and it felt kind of unfair and targeted. I do hope this isn't a regular occurrence overall, but it did spoil the visit quite a bit. I unfortunately am not able to comment on the food as I personally did not order any.

Update: The manager reached out and offered a redo of my son's birthday. When we returned we have a great experience and I thanked them for stepping up and providing a better experience. ***I am deeply disappointed with the complete lack of service and cleanliness at this location. I brought my son here at 9:30 PM for his 18th birthday, and I was shocked by how filthy the place was. The stairs were black with dirt, and there were used dishes left on tables everywhere.

We were actually seated at a dirty table covered in old plates and cups, and I had to find someone to clean it myself. We paid to bowl, but the machine kept malfunctioning. Even though we lost time dealing with the technical issues, the timer kept running, and we were never offered a partial refund or extra time.

To make matters worse, we received zero hospitality. Nobody ever approached us. My son went to find a server 30 minutes in; they dropped off menus and never came back. We spent an hour here and couldn't even order a drink or food.

This ruined what should have been a special birthday celebration.

Service sucked. They ignored us for ten minutes when we seated at the bar. We noticed the same for another group that came a bit later.
We went there due it shows sports and all tvs were showing the baseball game which none was paying attention to. We asked if they could put the World Cup in a turned- off tv and they said they cannot put special requests. We ended up watching the game in a cellphone with another customer.

I came here with a group of college friends for a meetup. It’s a great central location for a reunion. The food was delicious and the wait wasn’t long.

Food and drinks were just okay. but not bad enough to leave a bad review. They claim on their website to have all day happy hour on Monday but that was not the case when we showed up today. Would be back though to play the games and for the wings.

Daijah was a wonderful server, she is very hospitable, kind, and professional. Would definitely recommend coming to this place again specifically because of how excellent her service was.
