We waited more than 30 minutes sitting at the bar for someone to finally come to us. We had our hand out waiving our card for the whole time and people would look at us and never come over.

There's an eventbrite advertising Y2K Saturdays here. It promises 90s and 2000s music, hourly raffles, throwback games. But it was business as usual. If I had known it wasn't a really party, I wouldn't have added the event to my Bachelorette itinerary. We were dressed up for the theme and the employees had no idea about the eventbrite.
Since we were there we tried to make the most of it. Our waitress didn't seem to have to many tables but seemed like she was too busy for us. Just getting water for the table was a struggle. Everyone's food was just OK. I ordered the rosemary tots and didn't realize it til half way through that the bowl was full of grease. I only noticed because the bottom half were like grease gushers. Grease squirming out of your food is a real appetite killer. We tried to play some arcade games but most of them were out of order. Used all of our credits on one machine and left. This was my first and last time visiting here.

Fun spot to grab food. Lots of games and entertainment. Good food. I had chicken nachos ...they were good but there was cauliflower on them which was a little strange. Still tasty, just unexpected. Friendly and quick service. Recommend a reservation for game days.

It was okay enough food but priced like a place right outside a stadium would be. We went during the day, this really is the place you go at night and really to drink and be social. Our waiter was disengaged and mumbled a lot.

Call before you come because apparently they “sell out” of bowling. How do you sell out of a service? Usually, you wait your turn if all the lanes are taken, but there was an empty lane staring right at us while the girl looks us dead in our eyes and lies.

Again due to the warfare activity in some rare spaces, we need some of the kids to officially have war status on the matters of gaza and I can't remember how that works.
*sitting at the bar* can we move to that empty, clean booth? “No, you have to go to the host stand first” *goes to stand* can we sit at the empty booth “no, you have too many people” we had (6) the booth was definitely big enough for (6). I get it might be a little crowded, but it’s a big booth, we’re fine with it, and the place isn’t busy. Just be humans y’all. EDIT FOR OWNER RESPONSE: See only in-humane people come back with “confusion on our seating policy.” It was a big booth and our butts woulda fit. Maybe we would’ve been a little cramped but it was our request so we wouldn’t have held y’all responsible. Point is that you didn’t need to send us to the host stand and you didn't have a good reason to not let us sit there.

Awesome service, Aaron and the other bartenders were amazing! Great time during All-Star weekend at the battery
So disappointing!! My first time here and probably the last. We could not get service to get a drink for a good 50 minutes. First on the ground level they cleared a table for us and we waited 30 minutes before anyone told us we had to order at the bar. It would’ve been sooner but you hardly ever even see an employee to ask. We decided to go upstairs so we’d have a server. They are extremely understaffed. We finally gave our order and were encouraged when two drinks came out right away. That was the end of that. Our server forgot the rest of our table’s drinks. They were all melted when we finally saw him to ask what happened to them. We were meeting friends that we hadn’t seen in a decade. We thought this would be a fun place to hang out. It sucked. Also there was vomit in the sink of the bathroom. Who the heck is managing this place???

This is my second time going to Punch Bowl and it’s my second time disappointed. I am a food vlogger/blogger and I decided to give it a second chance before I wrote up my review… The food is mediocre and the service was lousy and slow. My server who never told me her name but I got it from my receipt. “Starneesha” never took food from my table after I was done. And before that I was sitting with someone else’s food for 10 minutes. ABSOLUTELY GROSS! Actually the whole section had food sitting and not being picked up and it ruined the atmosphere. I was staring at half eaten and forgotten food from another table for almost an hour.
WHERE are the MANAGERS? Do they not walk the floor and check in? Help their employees when it’s busy? (Even though it wasn’t that busy at all to have food sitting like that) Other servers seemed to be moping around and not doing much either. It seemed like the ENTIRE restaurant needed to be trained again, honestly. (Staff and Management) The drinks were fine and I honestly should’ve sat at the bar. I got the “Legit Nachos” they were ok and I expected more flavor.
I traveled from New York City to do a segment on Atlanta and this restaurant left a lot to be desired. I would’ve excused it if the service was great but it wasn’t. I couldn’t justify making a video about this place because it was my second time disappointed and most of the shots had half eaten food. I really had high hopes.

I had an amazing experience at Punch Bowl Social, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the bartender Alicia who truly made the night unforgettable. From the moment I walked up to the bar, they were friendly, welcoming, and on top of every order.
The cocktails were not only made quickly but also perfectly balanced — you can tell they take pride in their craft. What really stood out was their ability to multitask while still being genuinely engaging with everyone at the bar. Whether it was offering great drink recommendations or just creating a fun, laid-back vibe, they made the whole experience feel personalized.
If you’re heading to Punch Bowl, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar. With service like this, you’ll feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks LeLe for the amazing experience
