I absolutely do not recommend this dealership! Not only did they sell me a lemon, but they are covering it up. What is being reported by the techs is either incorrect or not recorded? After owning 4 Audis and 2 of the 4 cars coming from this dealership have been a nightmare. Buying my new car was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. Sold a used car one owner with serious mechanical issues that were not revealed at the time of buy. Also extreme low ball for any trade in so better to not bring a trade unless you are desperate. Business seems to operate solely on whatever produces a sale rather than quality or concern for the customer.
To think that this place was going to give me above and beyond customer service is beyond me. I do not recommend buying from this Audi, specifically because all they care about is the money. I will say this in the most respectful way, but their customer service is horrible. I bought a car from them in May and it started having problems in June.
