Rising Roll Gourmet Cafe'

I absolutely love this cafe. I go here every day after class for lunch. The food is tasty, healthy, made right in front of you at an incredibly quick speed, and extremely affordable. You can get a whole meal and a half for under $10! This is truly the perfect place for a college student. My personal favorite is the Durango Chicken.

overcharged me at the baylor location. I got a Starbucks energy drink can, and was charged 3$ last time and this time was charged 5$ I asked for a receipt she charged me for a frappe.

Rising Roll is strictly average in terms of food quality — flavors & dismally dry textures are reminiscent of pre-packaged airport deli food.

I have gotten lunch from here around three times and as Georgia state university undergraduate commuting student I have to say it is one my go to's when I get sick of chick fli-a, pizza, junk food, and ramen. I always get wraps specifically the Turkey-Bacon-Avocado Wrap. However when it wasn't that it was their California Turkey signature sandwich. All which was delicious and really kept me going since I would go six hours after eating breakfast 🥲.

It's interesting that they provide such different service for different people. Anywhere that's comfortable putting hand sanitizer and cleaner in perfectly polite customers' coffee should not be expanding. Refuses to provide catering menu after saying they have one. Pretends not to see certain customers but providing excellent service to certain customers. Felt very discriminatory.

To the associate who worked on December 27, 2024 towards closing early around 1:30 and hanging up in my face, you deserve to be fired !! I made an order online and after my order was accepted, I then received a phone call from a guy (would never give me his name) and he stated they would have to cancel the order because they are leaving early. But because the manager wasn’t there, I would have to wait until next Thursday to get a refund. I told him the order was already accepted on the app so why wasn’t it closed. He said he didn’t know so I asked for his name and the manager, and he then proceeded to hang up in my face

I recently attended a catered lunch at my workplace provided by Rising Roll, and I was thoroughly impressed! I ordered the Cobb salad, which was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, from the crisp greens to the perfectly ripe avocado and cherry tomatoes. The chicken was tender, and the bacon added a smoky flavor.

Beyond the food, Rising Roll’s attention to detail and quality was evident. My colleagues enjoyed a variety of sandwiches and wraps, and everyone had positive feedback about the taste and presentation. Fresh sandwiches with good flavors, quick, clean and friendly service

I placed an online order for our staff meeting and was very disappointed with the turkey,pear, and goat cheese sandwich. The multi grain bread was rock hard and there was no sweet chili sauce on it. I called back the next day, in which they replaced the sandwich. However, the replacement was full of hairs, which is unacceptable and nasty. If you're going to be preparing food, you should be required to wear a hairnet or some type of head covering to avoid this happening. Sadly, I won't be eating here anymore!

Nice little spot.

Rising Roll has been a good to option for me in the downtown area. It’s very healthy and fresh (which is a great bonus as options for this are limited in this area of town).

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful.

The store is detailed oriented and does great at meeting dietary recommendations.

I use them for multiple business meetings and they have not disappointed.

If you need a delivery order, this has to be done days in advance with catering, but the store is usually quick to accommodate pickup orders.

The only feedback is sometimes the website doesn’t have all the options listed, but you can call the store and they will help you with processing (which usually is to order a similar item and put the name of the actual item you are seeking to order).
