Rising Roll Gourmet Café Midtown (Regions Plaza)

After eating there maybe 10 times..the manager or boss told an associate i could not eat there any more..no explanation no nothing no prior instances not even an argument nothing just random..As a black man that felt super discriminatory with the boss being asian.. I assume he could not hold his prejudice feelings of seeing a black man come in free no rush...regular clothe and spend $20 eat and leave..

Placed an order for pickup, which was accepted. walked to pick up the order and the store was closed! Arrived at 2:29 pm; store hours state closure at 3 pm. What gives?!

I just love this place. I have just recently discovered it and it is right down the block from my office. I eat lunch here more often than I should admit. I haven't had a bad meal here yet

Good food, friendly faces and decent prices. My faves: Firecracker Chicken and Durango Chicken.

Horrible customer service. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes with staff looking at us waiting but they did not come to take our order. Let’s not forget to mention the establishment was relatively empty. It would have taken very little effort to say one moment please but they chose not too. They chose to stare and us and walk back and forth. A little respect goes a long way. I will not come to this establishment again.

I love coming here on my lunch break! The staff is super friendly and always happy and eager to help. This location is actually about 15 minutes from my job, and there’s actually a Rising Roll right in the same building as I work, but I’d rather travel to THIS specific location due to the friendliness and great customer service I’ve experienced. Although I wish they were open on weekends too?, I’d highly recommend THIS location to anyone! Not to mention the food is bomb! I recommend the Maui salad (I don’t eat meat so it’s without the chicken) you would not be disappointed ?

We walked over from our hotel and had a delicious breakfast sandwich! We each had the egg and bacon croissant and it was so tasty! Fast and efficient service that we appreciated!

Rising rolls baked potatoes are bomb....chives are big and flavorful fresh toppings crispy bacon.....good chicken....and I love love love the manager she is super cool.....I just wish I could catch them when their serving loaded baked potato soup....they put it on the menu but when you call or order it your told they're not serving potato soup today :( so sad....that's my only issue......

Sandwich thrown together with very little meat on it. All the employees there are NOT friendly and do not speak back when u speak to them. The place was not clean and the service could not be any worse. Put something here that's worth our while.... maaan I cant wait for cfa at colony square to reopen.

Stopped in for a quick lunch of BLT sandwich and soup. The sandwich is made fresh which is a plus. The soup was tasty but nothing special. Lots to choose from and the food arrives fast.
