Ruth's Chris Steak House

We made a 515 reservation because we needed to leave around 6:30 for a show at 7. We were seated at our table by 5:30. Our server was pleasant and got to our table pretty quickly and asked us if we needed to get to a show. We said yes, and gave her our entire order, including White wine to start switching to red wine along with our entrées and sides. She came by about 20 minutes later and apologized for the delay from the bar. We asked her to cancel the White because there would be no way to sip on that before the food arrived. We were sitting there with only water and bread (husband is gluten free) for over 30 minutes. After 6 PM our food arrived. Still no wine. The wine arrived shortly thereafter but the steak was Raw (ordered medium) and had to be sent back. Seems like it was a in the microwave and it was sitting in an entire pool of butter. Ahi was good, broccoli was way overcooked, mushy and only room temperature. Shrimp was good.  The restaurant was half empty so we have no idea why the service was so bad or why the food was cooked so poorly. We've been to Ruth Chris at other locations many times and never had these issues.

My previous experience was much better. The service was slow and inconsistent. The stuffed chicken was undercooked and my loaded baked potato was lukewarm.

In the middle of our dinner, a homeless person approached our table asking for money. He went from table to table throughout the restaurant. We were distraught and disappointed.

Although I had a reservation for 5 people to dine at 7pm on 11-9-25, there was still a 20 minute wait for us to get seated at a dining table. Then there was a delay for my table to receive our main courses. This site needs more staff bussing dirty tables and preparing meals in the kitchen. Aside from that, I would appreciate it if the powers that be would reevaluate customers being able to order a $25 hamburger at their dining table if they want it. I called and asked on 2 separate occasions if a hamburger could be ordered at the main dining table and was assured both times that this was fine and permissible. Yet, when I arrive with my 16 year old twin sons (one of which wanted a burger) I was denied from all management staff present. Ruth's Chris is not a brow lifter type of dining experience that is above average or elite dining atmosphere where one can frown or look down upon a paying customer enjoying their food. Burgers included.

This was our first time visiting this location. We were in town for an unplanned 48 hour getaway, and decided to stop for dinner. We ordered a steak and stuffed chicken with Man and Cheese and Sweet Potato brûlée. The meats and Mac n cheese were all over cooked and dry. I don't even recall the waiter asking my spouse what temperature he wanted his steak, even though he told him medium or medium well. I can't remember. However, it came back well done plus as well as the chicken and Mac n cheese. We immediately alerted the waiter. Over 90% of our food was left on the plates. We did eat the sweet potato brûlée, paid full price, still tipped well and left hungry. We will not return to this location and do not recommend it if the same cooks are cooking. We love Ruth Chris and have never had any issues with any one we've visited. We usually visit the location in New Orleans and it is ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL!!! They dropped the ball big time

The staff was very attentive and kept us posted on a slight delay and why. They made recommendations on some questions that enhanced our meal and they got us out on n time for the concert we were attending.

The service and waiter was great. Solomon was my server. My ny strip steak was dry and tough, I got it medium well. Very disappointed and did not eat it. Also I asked for a house salad and was giving all spring leaves instead, mostly all purple leaves. I did not enjoy it. The crab cake is 10/10 so delicious. I was there for my birthday, will likely not return.

Waitress was not friendly and did not extend quality customer service. Had to ask for assistance from other staff

We had a great time. It was our anniversary dinner and everything went well. We'll be back!

Zarya was our server and she was absolutely 10/10 with the customer service. She was patient and gave us all kinds of suggestions. We ended up really enjoying our date night and the food was amazing.

Cocktails were awesome , best crab cakes anywhere, the Filet's.....🤤, cooked to perfection!! Lobster tails were done perfectly as well. Not a single thing can be said but ...perfect evening!

The service was amazing, best waitress I've probably ever had. The food was incredible and the dessert was amazing. I would definitely recommend it's going to experience it

Ruth and chris centennial park has great service good food (slightlt salty at first) the server - solomon is very accomodating

We decided to go with the special. i Choose the Gumbo and 6oz steak and lobster tail. For dessert my date asked me to be his girlfriend! the waiter was awesome and helped my boyfriend make it officially official 🫶🏾

Experience was great. Food was good and the service was stellar. Not one but two different managers stopped by our table to check on us during dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
