They opened later than expected, food wasn't ready, no apologies or anything, lights were off. I expected better than this from this location, I've been coming here for 7 years and have never experienced anything like this. Truly disappointing

First time coming here,got a single sausage slice,damn near sacrificed my entire $5 for it.
I'd take the rectangular pizzas from school over this,cause that slice barely had any flavor,
2nd time around,I didn't even order anything,I was just looking at the menu,and one of the employees kept eyeballing me like he was dreading I'd order something.

The service here is terrible one of the employee roll his eyes while i was going to order he looked at me and just roll his eyes i didn't even spoke yet i told him can i get a slice please so he gave me my slice when i noticed i saw mold in my pizza i showed him the mold he said thats not mold thats just from the oven but im pretty sure it was mold and the fact that i was about to give the pizza to my toddler !! Im not a problematic person im not a karen ! So i didnt say nothing i just trew the pizza at the trash i could of got my money back but i wasnt going to argue with a person who is rude

The only thing I can say is that the food is good. I enjoyed the pizza and the guy who helped me the last few times I visit was kind and helpful. Last time I visit, there was an older lady who was ringing out everyone, she gave out an attitude that she didn't want to be there and she's been working for a while now. She's the only negative experience I had.

The men who work here Christmas 2022 work so hard. They are so friendly and fast. I order daily. I also work in the mall and have high expectations and they always provide world class service with a smile. Store so clean and food is perfect.
