Fantastic scene with exquisite food and beautiful interior! Sylvester was a wonderful waiter who did his best to please. Honestly, everything on the menu looked amazing, but the 1855 steak with onion and garlic was beyond delicious. If you've got some money to spend on a very fancy night out with your significant other, this is a great option! The only difficulty is in finding the place.

Very slow service, not too many options, vegetarian options r very limited, waiters don’t care at all.

Place was dead. Some of the food was good, the steak was horrible. Should have been $60 but the waitress took it off because we didn’t eat it after the third try. Probably won’t ever come back here.

Excellent service! Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating even with our infant in a stroller. Great steakhouse! The appetizer crab dip is 6/5 stars. Phenomenal. Lots of crab in each bite with a melted cheddar cheese on a pretzel dough slice. So good! The steak is seared perfectly! I like chimichuri sauce, but as a steak fan we enjoyed it medium-rare, and it needed no sauce. Whipped Yukon potatoes are great. The glazed carrots are really good with a maple syrup glaze. The tiramisu is very good. We enjoyed every bite. I would compare it more to a tiramisu eclair with a very light and fluffy whipped tiramisu cream (not sure if it’s the traditional marscarpone or not) served in a large puff pastry garnished with espresso and dark chocolate gold leaf flower on top. May not be exactly a traditional tiramisu, but it has an amazing flavor and texture.Overall highly recommend Sear!Kid-friendliness: We took our infant in a stroller. Very low crowd. Staff was very accommodating and very kind.

Nice experience to dinner at Sear, very good food presentation, nice atmosphere, good vine selection. A lot of time to leave the food on the desk, they have chance to better them.

OMG….. this is the worst food in ANY 4 stor or 5 star hotel I have eaten. This food would have been sort of expected IF I had stayed in the Days Inn!!! I had read a review that this restaurant is for ONLY when you stay at the Marriott Marquee and YOU CANT OR DOBT PLAN TO LEAVR THE HOTEL! That was a great way to put it and. IT IS TRUE.Ok… let’s get in to it. My husband and n were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. He ordered steak n potatoes. Mashed potatoes came out cold. He sent them back immediately for hot food. I ordered crab cake and simply horrible!!!! Our waitress was nice and poor food wasn’t her fault but no wonder the place was relatively empty. I should have believed the reviews I read and made reservations elsewhere. HORRIBLE food!! Never again will I ever eat here.

Huntay!!!!!! 20 stars!!!! I had the halibut and collard greens!! OMGOODNESS absolutely delicious!!! The outside of fish was light and crisp and the meat moist and flavorful. The greens were seasoned just right and not over-cooked. Wonderful atmosphere and ambience. First class service with smile. Love it! Thank you to Team Chef Darius!!!

That was a terrible experience! We were seated immediately, but everything was downhill from there! It was obvious that we were given the edited and shortened menu (It didn't have the dishes we were hoping for, based upon the online menu). We sat at our table waiting for someone to simply offer us water for at least 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The server was obviously busy, she circled around 3 times to let us know she would eventually get to us. When she finally arrived at our table, We ordered two appetizers. The server came back to our table to tell us that the appetizer she recommended wasn't available, so we settled on one appetizer. Ordered four main dishes; Hamburger (ordered well done, came out rare as rare). Fish was very dry, and vegetables on my short rib plate were cold. I know this sounds like I'm a complainer, but it really was that bad. We all ate our food because we were so tired of sitting there, and we weren't about to sit and wait even longer for them to take another stab at making food terribly. I honestly don't know how our dinner companion ate the burger; he literally had to go wash the blood off his hands after he finished. When the bill came, I expressed my dissatisfaction to the server. She was good enough to have the bill reduced by 20%, and offered us dessert. But given how terrible the meal was, none of us were interested in more disgusting food, so we declined. This is a stinging review, I know, but it was a bad experience.

I recently dined at Sear restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I entered, the ambiance was inviting and elegant, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff members who were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. As for the food, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing fresh and high-quality ingredients. The flavors were bold and nuanced, and the presentation was simply stunning. Whether it was the perfectly cooked steak or the flavorful seafood options, every bite was a delight to the senses.Overall, I would highly recommend Sear restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch culinary experience. The combination of impeccable service, exquisite food, and inviting ambiance makes it a standout dining destination.

We were on the hunt for scallops and the menu online said they had them. We got there and didn't see it on the menu. Our server, Phyllis, went above and beyond by calling other restaurants to find them and then called to chef here to see if there was anything they could do. Darius Washington, the chef, stepped up and got inspired! He found some in the freezer and got creative with them. We are so appreciative to this staff! My parents were in town for one last meal and this was the perfect place! We love an industrial chic decor too! They validate too!
