Shake Shack The Battery

We waited for our food for 45 minutes. When we asked the staff about it after we had gotten a text saying it was ready (we waited 10 minutes before saying anything) they just gave me a disappointing look and said we will bring it to you. We came here after driving a hour to eat here because my daughter loves Shake shack and hadn't been to one in a year and now I never coming back. I spent way too much over $80 for our food. I honestly do know what is going on but these workers don't know what they are doing..it was not even crowded.

My family and I waited a full hour for our food, only to find out that they never even made it. We switched our order from dining in to taking it to go because it took so long. The manager was very apologetic, but the damage was done. When we finally got our food, we had to hurry up and leave, only to discover that the cheesy fries we ordered and paid extra for didn't even have any cheese! So on top of making us wait an hour for our food, they also messed up our order, charging us extra for cheese and then not giving it to us--and our food wasn't even that hot, indicating that it wasn't freshly made as they led us to believe.

I will never go back there again.

My experience started off negative after being ignored by the bartender while standing outside at the drink window- even when I knocked to get her attention. However I decided to come in and Amari turned my experience around completely. He greeted me at the door, asked management when I had a question & got right back to me with the right answer. He went the extra mile by delivering my food to me on the patio, and even went back and got the sauces I requested. He continuously checked on me throughout my meal. As a food service industry veteran who spends most of my work week providing high quality service to others, it really means a lot to me when I can go out and be on the receiving end for once. THANK YOU AMARI! You are the best!!

I cannot tell u how many times I passed up on shake shack living in the battery. I finally came in for trivia and had the Korean chicken sandwich and the cheese fries. The slaw in the sandwich was so dope and the cheese fries stayed crispy and the cheese was so tasty. The dates here is amazing and the bartender Jazz was super amazing. Perfect fldrinks and perfect service. Kitchen staff was always smiling and professional. This place has changed my mind on walking past ever again. I will be back. Always remember, the staff makes the restaurant...and this staff is the heart. The trivia is cool too. Super fun.

This is the best Shake Shack in the Atlanta area along with the one in West Midtown. Very easy ordering process via kiosk OR counter. Restaurant staff are constantly available to serve you and ask if you need anything else. Some sit down full service restaurants do not even provide the quality of service that this Shake Shack location does! The burgers are extremely fresh and promptly made. I had a great experience here before attending a concert at The Roxy. Excellent experience!

I loved the layout of the restaurant. In order the black B&W Shake and K-Shack burger. It was very tender and delectable! Will definitely come back when I’m on this side of town.

Great experience at Shake Shack! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Everything came out exactly as ordered, and the quality was on point. I also want to give a shoutout to the bald-headed white guy working there — he was extremely nice, kind, and welcoming, which really made the experience even better. Customer service like that goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back!
