Gigi was amazing very helpful and accommodating!! She made my visit everythinggg.She made she our meal was amazing and we had everything we needed. I def would recommend to family/friends.

I picked up my food last night after working a long shift across the street. As soon as I walked in, the security guard told me outside food wasn’t allowed. I was carrying a to-go bag and my purse. I told him I was just picking my food that I had ordered online, and he proceeded to tell me I wasn’t allowed in with outside food. If I was openly eating another restaurant’s food while walking in, I would have understood. However he couldn’t see anything because I was carrying my stuff INSIDE my bags. He said I had to leave my bag by the door. I’m sorry but I’m not leaving my bag on the floor by the front door, while I take 10 seconds to pick-up my food. The food in itself was good, the associate at the counter was very sweet. Your security guard is rude and pissed me off for no reason. He needs to come down from his power trip.

I stopped by Shake Shack today and tried the veggie burger, and wow, it was a 10/10! The flavor was so fresh & satisfying, I’m already thinking about my next visit. The atmosphere was clean, modern, and relaxing, & I really like their convenient self-ordering setup, super easy and efficient.

I first fell in love with Shake Shack’s cheese fries about two years ago at the Fort Lauderdale airport, & I literally never forgot that taste. When I found out they opened a location at The Battery, I had to go. Let me just say: still just as unforgettable!

Great food, great vibe, & great service. Shake Shack has officially become my new go-to spot!

Great food, good actual service but terrible overall experience due to a security guard who turned away my (disabled) sister who needed to use the bathroom even though we were paying customers less than 30-45 minutes ago. I am pretty sure it was a security guard who worked for the battery but still an overall terrible experience

Had a good time taking my kids here because there’s indoor games and they played the game, which was fun to see. All though the food is more expensive here and they don’t carry the Dubai chocolate shake.

I was definitely excited to try the new shake shack location in truist Park yet I was met with disappointment. I went around 8:00 pm This location had like 5 or 6 kiosk but would crash or take a long time to load besides that the main issue was the food mostly how the burgers are cooked. Whoever is in the back cooking should be retrained because why are the burgers meat so raw??? Even the second remake was terrible only one meat was cooked completely and the second one was still pink. It was a truly disgusting experience definitely won't be coming here, I'd recommend more the one in perimeter mall and one in Atlanta.

The food is generally always great at Shake Shack but it was exceptionally good here today. The service was excellent though! The bartender Fracisco and the waitress GiGi were very kind and accommodating. It made from a great meal, on a great day at Battery Park. Glad we went with Shake Shack!
