Wanted to try something different today and ended here at 'Sister'. Cute little spot with a patio on the bottom portion of hotel Colee. Initially I wanted breakfast but arrived at 11am just as breakfast was being switched over. No worries, that's on me. I have stayed at this Hotel before but the restaurant is the true gem. I had an incredile crusted chicken meal last night. It was so good I ordered a 2nd plate. They asked me for my thoughts and I told them my thoughts. For my 2nd plate they added my suggestions. The chef, the manager and the waiter all came to talk to me about my thoughts. I have to say the burger was delicious. Amole and juicy beef and very well presented on a tasty bun with really good fries. The bar tender was really nice and the service we great. There are a lot of pretty nasty reviews so I guess people are expecting some fancy restaurant. For sure it’s not a proper dining room but it’s very convenient and good. The prices on the glass of wine is a bit absurd but overall I was quite pleased with my meal.
