I find it distressing to hear the General Manager's derogatory comments about employees in the presence of customers and colleagues, which may constitute a hostile work environment and potentially lead to an EEOC complaint. Consequently, we will not patronize this business again, and I recommend others avoid supporting companies with similarly unprofessional management.
