Couldn't ask for better service from Andres and Ariel. The staff is very attentive, kind, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. The Customer Service is a mirrored reflection of the excellent and perfect food that is on the menu.
Wanted to try something different today and ended here at 'Sister'. Cute little spot with a patio on the bottom portion of hotel Colee. Initially I wanted breakfast but arrived at 11am just as breakfast was being switched over. No worries, that's on me. We were greeted upon entry and Ariel, our waitress, informed us to sit wherever we'd like. She brought menus with water right away. Sister is a restaurant located on the bottom portion of Hotel Colee. It is described as a cute little spot with a patio. The staff is attentive, kind, and willing to go above and beyond for customers. The customer service is a mirrored reflection of the excellent and perfect food on the menu. Guests are greeted upon entry and told to sit wherever they would like. Menus with water are brought right away.
One guest enjoyed a mocktail at the bar and took some food to go. However, the kitchen had a problem with a substitute order because fries could not be had. A side item was wanted, but no more substitutions were told. Another table had the same problem with their salmon. Still, the service was great.
The southern fried chicken sandwich has chicken that was okay, with the breading holding all the flavor, deliciously crunchy on a brioche bun, and French fries that were the perfect crispy. The short rib sandwich has sourdough bread that was buttery and toasted, meat that was tender and juicy, matched perfect with caramelized onions. The burger was delicious with amole and juicy beef, well presented on a tasty bun with really good fries. A crusted chicken meal was so good one guest ordered a 2nd plate. The chef, manager, and waiter all came to talk about thoughts. It is not a proper dining room but it is very convenient and good. The prices on the glass of wine is a bit absurd but overall quite pleased.
