My smoothie tasted freezer burned and was completely undrinkable. I reached out to corporate because the store number is disconnected and I was too far from the store to turn around. All I want is to get my money refunded and they are stating this location has not responded to 2 escalation attempts. At this point I feel played with! I want my money refunded now!!!!! And as I read other reviews after my experience, the owner is commenting and telling people to reach out to an email address that’s not valid because I tried that too! So when you do choose to respond, miss me with the email address and drop something you can actually be contracted with instead of that generic message you dropped on everyone else’s NEGATIVE review.

Went to the drive thru and for about 2 minutes didn’t hear anything. Pulled around to the window sat for another 2 minutes only to be met with ATITTUDE! Lol I was attempting to explain I went to the drive thru first but she/he kept saying “can I help you” over and over I just drove away! Won’t be returning. Hire better people it takes NOTHING to be nice…

Came to this location and ordered a Vegan Pineapple Spinach. This is my favorite smoothie from smoothie King. I ordered via the app and my smoothie wasn’t made until I pulled up. When I received my smoothie it was disgusting. It did not taste like the Vegan Pineapple Spinach I received at other locations. I walked into the location and asked if he could remake it. He did it with no issues and let me sample it this time. When I sampled it, it still wasn’t right. I explained to him that it’s missing an ingredient such as the protein powder. I explained I’ll take it as is but was upset it wasn’t what I wanted. When I received the drink and tasted it again it was correct but had huge sugar grains in it as I sipped. I will never come to this location again. The employees seemed liked they didn’t like each other upon walking in.

Carson is THE BEST!!!!! He always makes me smoothie just the way I ask!!! He is so friendly and knows the store so well. He is fast and remains friendly while doing so. Every time I visit this location I will leave a review because he has set a standard for other stores in my opinion!
