I love Smoothie King but this location has thee worse customer service. First I had to repeat my order 5 damn times before I finally asked if I could just pull up. The lady still didn’t hear what I said and then proceeded to try and charge me for two of them. If you’re going to have bad customer service just stay at home! And then you didn’t even make it correct. I asked for bananas and mango on my peanut butter swizzle and you left out the mango smh. You have to do better with your customer service!!

Customer service was poor. For someone who doesn’t visit Smoothie Kings often, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. While ordering the guy taking my order was rude and demanded that I pull up to the window. Upgrade the speaker box so the guest can hear the team clearly and minimize confusion. I will not return to this location.

((Owner post same response to every review until someone calls Fox5news!!!))) I stopped by this location October 5th to get a smoothie. There’s a giant pothole in the drive-thru, when I reached the window the first thing I asked, “has anybody reported the pothole” cashier said “no”. I told her “Somebody’s car going get damage because of it”… 10 minutes later I had a flat tire, even though I went over it slowly.
Avoid the drive-through!!!!! I will be calling in the morning to get a refund!

My smoothie tasted freezer burned and was completely undrinkable. I reached out to corporate because the store number is disconnected and I was too far from the store to turn around. All I want is to get my money refunded and they are stating this location has not responded to 2 escalation attempts. At this point I feel played with! I want my money refunded now!!!!! And as I read other reviews after my experience, the owner is commenting and telling people to reach out to an email address that’s not valid because I tried that too! So when you do choose to respond, miss me with the email address and drop something you can actually be contracted with instead of that generic message you dropped on everyone else’s NEGATIVE review.
