First off I want to say that I don't like giving bad reviews, especially a black-owned business . However, who ever the owner is needs to learn how to think independently . It's apparent that they copied the rules from other brunch type restaurants around Atlanta. For example , there was one party ahead of us that had maybe 5-6 people and we're allowed to sit down . There were only a total of 3 in my party , we were waiting for the 3rd person . We requested to sit down too and we were denied and told that we're not allowed to sit down to until our entire party was here. The issue I have , first there was NO ONE ELSE in the restaurant at 11am . 2nd issue , the party of ahead of us had 5 more people come, one- by -one and we're allowed to be seated . But with us waiting on 1 person , they didn't let us sit . Shouldn't the other party have to wait based on the restaurant 's own rules ? I asked the bartender abs she said " they must keep Bugging us "... bartender probably shouldn't tell anyone that but Next , we requested to sit at bar ...They tell us once we sit down and order - you only have 90 minutes and that includes drinks for the bar. So all I got was some water and final party member shows up and we get seated but try and give us the high tables . I said no I want to actually sit down at booth - of course was given attitude about that . Finally sit down we order our drinks about 10 minutes goes by and then we get to order food... But we were never given any napkins or utensils . I was drinking the frozen strawberry mimosa ( really good ) . But once I finished the strawberry - I had no where to Place it . I literally had to ask three times for some napkins. Also while we waited for our food , there was a delay and the sever said " the other party that was here before you ordered a lot of food so that's gonna delay us getting your food out"...... My problem with this OK I understand it's brunch time, but shouldn't they have give us a free appetizer, as compensation for having to wait so long? The only good thing about this place to me was the food . The fried chicken tenders with cookies and cream waffles was great ! Also my other friend had the strawberry cheesecake waffles with thighs with. Food no issues , I just wish greatness of the food aligned with better ervice . Last thing , having to pay $10 for valet was a waste of money . I would expect the restaurant to look a little bit nicer with good curb appeal . Also You're better off parking across the street for free!I definitely will not come back here - and going back To west coast disappointed as the hype on TikTok was wrong

Wife had peach chicken and waffle she loved it. I had rasta pasta every thing i thought it would be. Highly recommend the frozen strawberry mimosa and rum punch. Oh yeah it's valet parking the parking lot is small.

So when you first walk in the lounge it smells like sewer water .We still decided to stay .Next we get seated at a table that was 2ft near another table .The place is very tight fitted & small .Next red flag we move tables order our drinks and food ,Seem like after the second drink they started watering down the drinks .4th red flag was I gave the waitress the macaroni I ordered back because it taste straight like velveta cheese ,she goes well I can substitute your side I said no thank you I’m pretty much done with my food .So the tab comes I’m like can you remove the macaroni since I actually didn’t eat .Manager comes over and basically tells me you have to pay for it so I said okay .We actually got in slight argument because management accused me of saying I was going to dispute a charge She also stated she had us on camera if we try to dispute anything .first off we paid in cash so I felt very offended because that’s just pure discrimination right there and I will be contacting my lawyer & better buisness bureau
