Best Snapper I have had in Atlanta! I ate it so fast I didn’t get a chance to take a picture. I definitely recommend!

The food here is so good! I’m a foodie, I eat everything, here, I literally wanted everything. Tasty food, incredible service. If you’ve never tried Nigerian food, this is the place to try it. The service is great and the food is even better. Wish this spot was in my city.

We visited Spice Restaurant in Atlanta last night. We had an excellent time, the food was good and the atmosphere was brilliant, the DJ was on point. However when we reached home we noticed that we had been grossly overcharged at the bar. This put a very sour note to our night. I do not expect to robbed for buying Vodka shots. I will definitely visit this place again, and will be checking my receipts prior to handing over my debit card.

The food had zero flavor. Ordered lemon pepper wings and fries, the wings were flavorless dry and over cooked. Also ordered the chicken dish with pounded yam, the dish wash

Newly arrived in Atlanta for a trainingI needed Nigerian Food that was deliciousGoogled and found Spice BistroI enjoyed my delicious Jolloff Rice andDodo as well as Fried Goat MeatIt's best to order online prior to arriving in person to pick up. There's an outdoor Garden Space as well as an indoorLounge area with African MusicThe Menu is quite expansive for "Brunch"And pretty soon, the "Renovations" to enhance the Customer experience will be done to make it a relaxing gathering Spot for date nights, Families and friends gatheringsSo if you should sometime find yourselfIn East Atlanta, enjoy some deliciousness

I visited spice bistro on May 26th 2023 hoping for a tasty meal. When I walked in the customer service was really good I scanned the menu and it looked like the type of food I liked however I was unsure what to get so the person there was nice enough to give me a recommendation. The Rice was okay although it tasted like it came out of the box, I also got the stewed chicken with the fried rice. The chicken was dry hard and overcooked. Also did not have much of a stew to it at all. It also looked and tasted like it was sitting out for a while. The stewed chicken was so disgusting that I could not eat it and had to just throw it out. I got the cabbage on the side and sadly have to say that the cabbage was the best thing on the plate. I ate all of the cabbage, tasted the boxed fried rice, and spit out the chicken. Really was a waste of my 21 dollars. The quality was so poor I don’t think I will be back which is saddening because the customer service was great! Looking forward to maybe seeing new reviews after this one that shows improvement of quality and maybe I will consider trying again. Great concept just needs a chef that wants to see the business succeed!

Just stop by this gem and I have to say the jollof and snapper with the sauce omg !! Amazing and I’m a chef follow me on tiktok @itsmaysunlee check out my reaction will be more in the future I love reviews
The okra soup I ordered was old with old stale beef. They charged me $25 dollars for this small portion. It was nasty. Not coming back.

Be aware the price on the menu and display board is radically different from what we were charged.

Spice bistro was started almost 7 years ago in the then new Brookhaven Area. Soon after they moved to their location nestled in the east Atlanta area. I have confirmation thru taste that this is aunthentic African cuisine. The jollaf rice and suya is my favorite. The owners are from Nigeria and have been happily married for over 15 years. The restaurant has great energy.Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian choicesKid-friendliness: Kid friendly music and atmosphereParking: Parking is limitedWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accesable
