I like this Starbucks a lot but I will never return. I got wrongfully booted at this store. I parked in the plaza parking lot and walked with my stroller and 4 month old baby to Starbucks in this plaza and then walked to Whole Foods ( IN THE SAME PLAZA) using the safe crosswalk at the light ( due to having a stroller ) and a woman with dreadlocks claims going towards the light is “off property”. Got $75 out of me for wrongful boot. I called the cops and they said in many words that they do not care. I will never SHOP at this plaza again.

Weird location/experience. During summer, my standard go to drink is an iced coffee, black w/ almond milk. I usually order it w/ and w/o ice depending on what I have going on. No matter whether I order w/ or w/o ice..they always fill my cup to the top. Tonight the barista wouldnt do so and insisted that this was based on policy that had been in place for the last year. It has not, because I've ordered the same thing at this exact location w/ and w/o ice and they've always filled it. I asked for a refund as I wasn't informed of this when I ordered and went down to the next Starbucks and got an iced coffee w/o ice filled to top. Weird location, wont be returning.

It's the little things - I always order cold foam with my coffee. For years, I have had the same order. This morning, the young lady who took my order left off the cold foam by accident. The barista making my drink admitted it was a miscommunication (she was lovely) and offered to add it for no charge, but another worker jumped in and told me to “go pay for it.” $1.36 is not a big deal to me, but when I went back to the counter the young lady then told me that I “never ordered it.” Instead of owning up to an accidental error, I was treated rudely on all fronts. To emphasize, I am not upset about having to pay for an add on, that is my choice of drink. But to be spoken to so poorly by two people was an embarrassment. Again, to the lady who actually made my drink, thank you for speaking to me with kindness.

Waited over twenty minutes for my order to be incorrect. The staff is too busy talking amongst themselves and on their cellphones. Third time at this location and the customer service is certified terrible every time.

It’s a Starbucks. Big parking lot because it’s in the same place as the Home Depot. There are a million signs saying that if you leave to go to Ponce City Market (or anywhere outside of this lot) you will get booted so don’t think you can get away with buying a coffee and then walking across the street because boot companies in Atlanta are FAST. This should be common knowledge but just helping out folks from the ‘burbs.

DON’T PARK HERE, whether or not you are still on the property, they will boot your car and it cost $75 to get it taken off. They will laugh at you, in your face. This starbucks is running a parking scam, DO NOT PARK HERE.

I came in looking for a spot to get a few hours of work done somewhere that isn't my house while my district is on spring break and was very pleased by the early opening, free parking, large workspace, and super friendly staff.

I ordered a cafe americano and a coffee cake; the coffee was perfectly fine while the coffee cake was dry, but that's the tradeoff for not having an on-site bakery staff. Even though this is clearly a busy location, I still felt welcome to take my time deciding what I wanted, which is important to me.

The work tables are nearly all small and round, so balancing a paper notebook and laptop at the same time is a bit tricky but doable. The music was a comfortable volume and fairly easy to focus through despite having lyrics in English, and others seemed to be having comfortable conversations without feeling like they needed to shout to be heard over the music (a problem I've seen at many other cafes and restaurants).

Clearly this location is a core part of many people's days; I'm looking forward to making it part of mine going forwards.

They never make my wife's drink correctly. I don't understand why it's so hard to put extra caramel drizzle in the bottom of the cup and on top all over the whipped cream. I was told by you guys to say (a caramel wall) but you guys still making it wrong.

Starbucks is usually a quick stop for me. I usually have low-mid level expectations for a latte. Typically you can taste it was made in a rush, but that was not the case today. I had a vanilla latte made by Avery who was barista today. Hands down the best latte I’ve ever had from any Starbucks. Completely went above my expectations. Great Job, and Great Service from the whole staff. Awesome attitudes and very friendly!

Thanks again!

CAREFULL parking! Learn a lesson from me…I went to this area for coffee at Starbucks , groceries at Whole Foods, and lunch at Ponce. When I crossed the street for lunch, Starbucks, Whole Foods and the other businesses on that strip contracted with Empire parking to have my car booted. My $150 trip turned into a $225 trip, plus I embarrassed myself cursing at Empire, who was really only doing what these businesses contracted them to do.
Read the signs at the parking lot!! Don’t assume they say “parking is for customers only”. If you leave the area (I don’t know what the boundaries are) you are subject to a $75 un-booting fee, regardless of your recent shopping history.

The coffee was great, and in a mug too! Nice.
