Literally so amazing. I have been to so many starbucks in the past, but this one is like no other. They are super quick, service is amazing, friendly staff, and quality of drinks and food is great!!!

Extremely slow and lazy staff. There’s no reason why I should be waiting 20+ minutes for a mobile order when the store is empty. I stood and watched 2 baristas walking around doing everything but actually making drinks.

I’ve come to this Starbucks at least one or twice a week for the past six months on my way to work, and it really makes my day. The last two weeks, the baristas draw cute stuff on the coffee, and one even redid my coffee order since I took so long to get there after ordering ahead (ATL traffic!) and that was so thoughtful. They make office days so much better and brighter.

The staff at this location is probably the best staff I’ve ever encountered in a Starbucks. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and offered a sample of their delicious caramel ribbon crunch. They were delivering food and drinks. The best part about it is that they were doing it all with big smiles and friendly tones. My girlfriend and I couldn’t have appreciated it more. Thank you Starbucks 8th and Monroe!

The people who work here don't follow instructions. I told her not enough ice because they always give me a lot of ice and not enough coffee. She got upset. I took the coffee without any importance and in fact, she practically only gave me ice. Terrible service

My coworkers and I visited this location this morning and we were very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered my coffee through the online app. I asked for the code for the restroom and the cashier Roselyn refused to give it to me because she said I had to make a purchase first. I tried to show her my phone so she could see my purchase but she turned her head and ignored me. Roselyn was very rude and started making smart comments to her coworkers. I asked a different worker and they refused to give me the code as well. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. When I was finally allowed to use the restroom, it was filthy.

A few coworkers and I visited the store this morning, and we were greeted with disrespect and rudeness from the cashier Roselyn. We were informed we couldn't use the facilities without making a purchase, which was fine, but as my coworker tried to show her that she had already made her purchase through the app. Roselyn flat out, ignored her, and was very rude. She then started to antagonize the situation with her comments while speaking to another one of her coworkers. My experience was horrible. I will never visit this location again as long as she's employed there.

Roselyn (that may not be how her name is spelled) was extremely rude to me and a group of my coworkers. We came in to grab a few drinks and some of us had use the restroom. We were informed that we had to make a purchase beforehand, cool. Some of us had made purchases through the app and ROSELYN wouldn't even look at our phones to show her. And on top of her being extremely rude and dismissive, the ONE bathroom that was usable was filthy. It was 5am and the store just opened. Why was the bathroom so disgusting?! I canceled my order because of this. Won't be returning to this location.

I have a Starbucks everyday of my life and have for more than a decade. I know good service when I see and when I don’t. The staff here are always super nice, but the service is always so slow. It seems more important for them to be on their phones and chatting with one another than getting their orders out. I mobile order, so it should be ready when I arrive, or very close to it. All the other stores….mostly….. are able to get it right . This one is just not doing it. I’m I sure hat the problem is.
