Unfortunately I will never come back to this establishment again. There is a sign in the parking lot that makes it seem like it is okay to park if you do so for less than 2 hours. When you come back to your vehicle, you find a Boot on it and an angry man named Eric from Empire Parking Services (EPS), if that is his real name, who treats you like garbage. When you point out the sign that says its okay to park for 2 hours, they tell you that its not their fault that its misleading and point to signs 200 yards away. Remove the Sign please, Remove Eric please, and remove Empire Parking Services. Thank you.

I walked in at 8:16pm tonight on Monday, Feb 23rd to buy a grab and go can of coffee or a similar drink and was told that the store was closed when it says “Closes at 9pm” on google maps.
Why don’t the staff lock the doors if the store is closed? or just the change the store hours? Smh Bad first time experience.

I was in town and decided to pop into this Starbucks for a quick drink. When I say this Starbucks has a vibe unlike any that I have visited, you can tell that the barista enjoy their job! Everyone was super friendly, but Kayla and Armond (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) really exemplified customer service and made my drink to perfection! Anytime I am in town, I will brave traffic to visit this location.

I have been coming to this location for years. I have been fasting the last 3 weeks water only in the mornings. I have been coming to this same location for 3 weeks every other day after my daily morning routine for “ hot water “ sit for a few and work from home today I decided to just grab my hot water ….. I greeted the counter no one greeted back until I said I have a question Quincy walked up and trucker turned around and said unfortunately since January the rules changed in giving hot water you have to buy something ! I said well I can’t have anything in the menu religiously I can’t it’s a fast. “OLIVIA” jumps in MID conversation and says well whoever been giving you water is breaking policy and I states it’s a fast and I was even willing to buy another customers food order just for my hot water until I realized it was more attitude and no real solutions and between Olivia and truckers attitude I was very unpleasant I went up the street and got my hot water from Starbucks with EASE ! No issue. As a business owner I wouldn’t want my employees not to give a better solution other than my manager will be right back you can talk to her and that’s corporate rules and etc. solutions are better than an angry customer. Trucker and Olivia we don’t get far in life with having such energy and demanding responses. It wasn’t even about the hot water anymore ! Olivia was very “It is that serious “ when I said guys it’s just water I’ll pay for cup Or whatever and her response was it is that serious it’s corporate rules lol ! Young lady I stayed pleasant because you’re so young and you have your whole life ahead of you ! Better energy this location is my fav and I never experienced this from the staff ! AT ALL :)

Extremely slow and lazy staff. There’s no reason why I should be waiting 20+ minutes for a mobile order when the store is empty. I stood and watched 2 baristas walking around doing everything but actually making drinks.
