Probably the worst ran Starbucks I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Right now we have 12 people waiting for coffee and 4 workers who have no idea what they are doing. I would rather die of a caffeine headache than come back here.

Could be me but today i got a vibe from one of the workers that was kind of off. I believe her name was, Emma, stitched to her apron. I was standing in one line and she opened her line and stated to the lady behind me, “what can I get for you”. The lady stated, she was next, I kindly told her, it’s ok, you can go. Then while waiting for her to bring my heated blueberry back because at first it wasn’t heated. She handed one lady hers directly in her hand and proceeded to lay mine on the counter while we both stood there.
The young guy that took my order was absolutely the best. Hate I didn’t get his name, I was too focused on Emma’s horrible customer service. Only and only because of him I rate the service a 5 star.
