They took care of me and it was a relaxing day.
The service was very good. Very busy Starbucks. I'd been there about four years ago while visiting Atlanta and loved all the autographed cups they had on display. Sadly, the store was remodeled and all that is gone.
Consistently understaffed and slow. Yesterday it took 15 minutes for me and the 10 or so people in front of me to make their orders. We decided not to get our danishes warmed and got coffee instead of a latte just to try and get out the door and to get my daughter to school in time.

While the service can be inconsistent at times, the staff generally provides excellent customer service. However, parking can be challenging, especially during peak hours from 4:30 to 6 pm, as customers may need to navigate around limo drivers occupying the parking spaces.
Customers appreciate the quick service and efficient order fulfillment, even without using the mobile app. The interior, though small and lacking in natural light, is functional. The location is convenient, with a decent and easily accessible free parking lot.
