I was on the line waiting for order the barista is just standing at the register was stop working and talking their personal with the client, they don’t even interested to look at me. Waited more than 6 minutes and left the store.

I went two different times and both times the staff seemed to be unwelcoming. I work at another Starbucks location so I am well aware it can be stressful but work is so much better without having a negative energy toward customers and when you are actually trying to connect with customers. My manager makes sure we at least try to say hello to every customer and to try to make the moment right. We are reminded often that we can be the only positive interaction a person has that day. Maybe the baristas were having bad days both times I went, but if my coworkers or I had the attitude they had it would not fly with my manager. I’m also 99.9% sure they put honey blend in my drink instead of honey packets like I had asked for, forgot my caramel drizzle on my drink the other time, and me and my friends were given dirty looks multiple times.

Stood in line approximately 25 minutes only to be told, they were not doing any more Frappuccino orders do to them having a line of people waiting already. Here it is 5:30pm nowhere near closing time smh!!

Excellent service. But a bit crowded depending on the time of the day.Vegetarian options: There are some limited choices but the staff are quite friendly to help you out.Kid-friendliness: Yes. Quite few options available. But no option for sitting and dine-in though.Parking: Since the Starbucks is inside the mall, there is enough parking for the mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as it's quite comfortable to navigate on the 1st floor in the mall.Dietary restrictions: There are some limited choices but the staff are quite friendly to help you out based on what you want to order.

Located conveniently inside the mall. Line was short and I was able to get my Frappuccino quickly. Everything tasted great and the staff was prompt and friendly.

I really be trying with this Starbucks to give them a chance but they never fail at being the worst STARBUCKS..ever...I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH THIS LOCATION BUT THEY HAVE BEEN TRASH a little before THE HOLIDAYSTHE DRINKS SOMETIMES LOOK WEIRD....MOBILE ORDERSTAKES LONGER THEN THE TIME IT TELLS YOU TO PICK IT UP...They don't even acknowledge you to just say hey were short staff but we got you...bare with us...Came to get my mobile order one day and I gave them an extra 10 minutes cause they slow still wasn't ready...then gonna say someone probably stole your order....lol ....LLLLIIIEEEESSS yall just now making it.

Horrible customer service. Myself and another customer stood in line for at least ten minutes while workers ignored us. I inquired if we were invisible and was rudely informed by a worker that the individual who was taking orders was busy but would be with us shortly. He proceeded to laugh and talk with other works. I notified the supervisor and manager on staff when I heard said worker retelling the story in the back. Very unprofessionally and did not provide outstanding customer service.

I see the prices are going up for shopping mall locations. Most of the food items are stored in a cabinet on wheels - no worries, everything is packaged up. The employees here do not wear gloves yet give off friendly service. No place to sit in this very tight space. Located on the first floor under Warby Parker.
