I had ordered on the app and it went to the wrong location (my fault). When I called and came into this location, the right one, the barista and store manager were SO helpful and helped me work it out where I didn’t have to pay a second time. When I tried to tip them they insisted I don’t have to and just let me take my order. SO SO helpful, will 1000% keep coming back to this Starbucks before work in the mornings and will be tipping the staff well!!

This review is for Valerie. I WANTED a salted caramel cold brew with the cookie crumbles and cookie cold foam. So your passive aggressive note was invalid and unnecessary. Good try though.
The crew during the evening is real bad. I always get my drink wrong. I had ordered an iced banana cream protein matcha and they never give me the banana cold foam on it. They always mix it in the drink. The last time I was there they mixed banana powder in the drink instead of putting it in the cold foam. And today they did not put the cold foam at all. I am never returning to this location.

I payed for a refresher and just got a huge cup of ice a waste of money. I counted 4 sips of liquid on a grande.
Slow, surly and grudging service. Staff need some training in customer service.

Imagine putting in an order on a mobile app because your kids like to make their orders complicated and it's just easier that way then literally being lectured by an employee because you parked, put in the order, then got in line. He lectured me over parking putting in an order, then getting in line. The sarcastic crap attitude behind it was the icing on the cake. The funny thing he says it's faster to put in the order at the speaker than for them to pull the ticket. So they pulled my mobile order when I told them my name at the speaker which means they had the same amount of time to make it that they would have if I put it in there only less chance of them messing the order up with all of the customizations. Any time I've put an order in at the speaker here the order has been wrong. Funniest part is that he told me that now I'm holding up the line because he has to go start my order once I'm at the windows yet you pulled it up when I was at the speaker........ same amount of time yet they didn't start it. If you want people to wait longer between putting in an order and getting into the drive through put that in the app to let people know instead of talking down to your customers like they should magically know this. Worst customer service ever. And BTW when you're talking about your customer so loud it carries through even with the windows closed. Won't be back... I'll stick with dunkin. They purposefully made us the worst drinks I've ever had because of this. $31 literally got thrown in the trash.

ordered and iced matcha latte and it was absolutely horrible. u can see the solids of the tea inside drink not properly grounded and blended all the way and it was horrible taste of powder… I also got pumps of hazelnut which I did not taste at all. I doubt it was even added. I will not return to this location very disappointing

Love the ambiance of the cafe - a tad bit too loud to get some focused work done.
However, the service was sub-par. Took them well over 40 minutes to get my Americano ready (I got to finish up a work meeting between that timeframe and go remind them that my order was never fulfilled).
I want to believe this is a one-off oversight on the staff's part, and not a reflection of broader experiences other customers have had with their orders.
