ordered and iced matcha latte and it was absolutely horrible. u can see the solids of the tea inside drink not properly grounded and blended all the way and it was horrible taste of powder… I also got pumps of hazelnut which I did not taste at all. I doubt it was even added. I will not return to this location very disappointing

Love the ambiance of the cafe - a tad bit too loud to get some focused work done.
However, the service was sub-par. Took them well over 40 minutes to get my Americano ready (I got to finish up a work meeting between that timeframe and go remind them that my order was never fulfilled).
I want to believe this is a one-off oversight on the staff's part, and not a reflection of broader experiences other customers have had with their orders.

I don't leave a lot of negative reviews but they're really really slow here.. I mean REALLY slow.. I ordered my drink over 15 minutes ago and it's still not ready. It's a frequent problem so I felt the need to speak up. I was also late to work once because it took them almost 20 minutes (not exaggerating) to make my coffee, and I had ordered on mobile before I even left my house...
Update: they didn't mix in the matcha powder and it's sort of all in chunks in my drink....

Regular customer - have visited the store 3 times a week for the last several years (I work in an office building roughly 1/4 mile from the store). Store was well run - friendly employees and orders were correct. Always a good experience and a good start to my work day - until this morning. This morning I encountered an employee who was clearly unhappy to be at work. Even when placing my order, he sounded angry. My order was incorrect and service at the window was rude and rushed. I hadn't seen this employee at the drive-thru before so I thought maybe he was new and overwhelmed. I called the store manager and the manager was disinterested and impatient. It is all over social media that Starbucks employees want respect and courtesy from customers. Are customers not deserving of the same? Deleted the app including funds on a gift card and hundreds of accumulated points.

I almost never leave negative reviews but I just have to warn you that the sandwiches are always cold. I have experienced this the last three times I’ve gone through the drive-through, so I know it’s not an isolated incident. I’m not sure why this keeps happening. But the Customer Service is awesome!
Amazing service from Juliana! She was very kind and helpful in getting me my order quickly despite the cafe being super busy.

I messed up when ordering my drink, ordered a chai instead of a matcha, and they made a replacement for me free of charge! The staff were so kind and definitely didn't have to do that, especially since it was me who made a goof lol
