The bacon gouda sandwich I got was suspect. The bacon doesn't even look cooked. I know the sandwiches are pre-made and warmed as ordered but maybe they need to get pre cooked bacon. This looked pale, raw and not good.

It seems the baristas at this location don't know how to read the little slips on the cups because how do you confuse "line cup with mocha" to "line cup with caramel"? It seems these baristas need to be trained again so they make sure they don't mess up peoples orders and ignore the special requests cause again how do you get mocha and caramel confused?
Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to caramel so the fact that I pulled my mask down so they wouldn't misunderstand and still put caramel in my drink when I asked for mocha. So clearly this starbucks needs to hire people that actually listen

I love a Starbucks team that keeps the line moving. This location is in ATL terminal N near gate T17. During my visit the staff were professional and friendly, my beverage was made to perfection m, and the location was very convenient. I only wish there were a bit of venue-specific seating so I could have sat at a table for a bit of cafe ambiance, but at least there were some general airport seating alternatives nearby.

I ordered ahead using the Starbucks app and arrived at the store when my order was supposed to be ready. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes, and they still hadn’t made my drink. I told the staff my name and order, but they just kept chatting with each other and didn’t explain the delay. Even after I reminded them, they forgot my drink again. I had to wait another 5 minutes before they finally realized and made it. The whole experience was frustrating, and I won’t be going back to this location.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a spinach feta egg white wrap and she gave me some type of sandwich I did not order after I waited for 20 minutes. I mean at least get the order correct if that’s your only job.

Not a busy night at all. Employees making drinks for other workers without paying or getting in line. The girl that attended me was on the phone and forgot about making my drink. So I had to wait until they were done with everybody else so they could ask me what was my drink and make it.
Very unprofessional to be calling each other asshole and staying on their phone while customers waiting for their orders.
Too much trouble just to get an Iced Matcha Latte.
