If I could give this location 0 stars…customer service was horrible! Just because. Employees there seem like they hate their jobs. My family ordered a few drinks and it seemed like we got on their nerves even after being very polite to them. Starbucks needs to drop a secret shopper at this store.

This is by far of the worse Starbucks. Was given my muffin and the bottom of the bag broke. I gave it back to the employee and she said nothing. She acted like I broke the bag. Insulting. Then I waited 15 more minutes to find out where my muffin was and coffee. Another team member said I haven't seen your ticket. Then all of a sudden it showed up and that too was my fault. Rude employees.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been in. The cashier couldn’t enter my order because i didn’t say apple-smoked. The creamers are not available, you have to ask for them. No trash receptacles near the sugar station. Avoid this one.

Great and quick and kind. Our order came out quick and delicious! I imagine the delays have to do with them being central to a lot of museums and the aquarium. If it looks busy, I would suggest you find another location for that day, but no need to avoid this one.

I ordered the mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher drink and it was a complete disappointment it tasted more like water than anything else they also didn't put strawberry on it and it was quite tasteless, they should place a manager who is aware of how they prepare the drinks because they are disgusting

The wait is ridiculous. Online order that took over 30 minutes. I frequent Starbucks whenever I go. There is NO logical explanation for this. I’m truly baffled. And the drinks were basic everyday drinks. Nothing special that should have taken that long.
