Very disappointing experience at Starbucks. I politely asked for a cup of ice water for my son, and was told there is a charge. I only had cash, and there was no effort to help or accommodate us. The customer service felt careless and unhelpful.

I received some of the most disinterested, bland, uninviting customer service here. It wasn’t even busy. At all. No line. Person working the front didn’t make eye contact, didn’t great me, didn’t reply to my thank you. Like, get out of customer service or go DoorDash if you’re not interested in exemplifying the hospitality that Starbucks is known for. It’s honestly embarrassing. I received the same flimsiness when my drink was handed out. Just a “Wes!” with zero eye contact when I picked it up, no “have a good one” (when I was the one to say it first like just return the courtesy ffs it’s not hard at all). And that doesn’t even count that my drink was not the size I ordered. I’ve been a barista, I know the stress, the grind, but given the low volume of patrons in the store and the 4 staff on the floor, it’s laughably bad.

Listen, I’m from Seattle. Pretty embarrassing when the land of Southern hospitality displays colder vibes than cold-shoulder Seattle. Go here for coffee, sure, but just mobile order and don’t expect any genuine human interaction. But thanks!

First thing they rang up what they want- treated me like I was stupid ordering- young females —Ordered three drinks- total 19.88 only was given two asked for my third- she says you didn’t order three- at 20$ I didn’t- she. Says you’ll need to reorder- behind 7 people- I stood there to the side- thinking she’ll go ahead and make it right- nope I was told to then get in the back of the line- their mistake- first drink is who knows what- not my order that I spoke…. and when she called it out- I was the only person in there for pick up- just the seven guys walked in at the register area was all in the entire store- she calls NO NAME- rude as all! Brings down the Embassy score too - you in there-get rid of Starbucks- it’s horrible- I just walked out…. Unreal!
Many more experiences like that you won’t stay open long… bring in a mom and pops to the hotel- I know it’ll be better than that!

We came in from out of town for a worldwide conference. We wanted to stop by on our walk to the event. We got there early, so we waited and helped hold the door open for them to set up their outdoor seating area. It’s about six minutes before open time so we wanted to stay in the warmth and then yelled at us and kicked us out. So we stood outside in the cold for another seven minutes. Once we came in, we got the worst service ever. They’re a little flustered because they got locked out, which is understandable, but then they took it out on the customers

Went to this starbucks and asked if I didn't like my drink i ordered if they would be able to remake it. I wanted to try and new drink but since they said this i didn't get a new drink. The customer service in here is horrible and they are not friendly at all. Would give this place a 0 if I could.
Starbucks always brands themselves on remaking drinks if your not happy with the way it turns out so this was really frustrating to find out. Will not be coming back to this starbucks again this is very unfortunate.

I’ve been waiting for my order for almost 2hrs. It’s a mad house in here but you would think they would have a better system since this has to be a normal for them being so close to the world congress center. The staff is clearly overwhelmed and have no structure whatsoever. It’s very disappointing that such a popular store doesn’t seem to know how to work with purpose for their customers

Located downtown Atlanta near all major attractions. Staff was very friendly and orders made fast. Plenty of seating inside and a few in the outside area. Very clean store with variety of mugs and collector items.

Employees very rude. Really did not want to work at all. Closing the store 45 minutes before it was supposed to close and literally locking the doors. Simple order but got it wrong multiple times as well

It was horrible. The staff were so rude and acted like if they hated their jobs. We asked for light ice and they added so much ice the drink was gone in 2 sips. We had also asked for a cup of tap water and was charged for it.
