They actively make drinks out of order. Ordered a drink 20 minutes ahead and had others ordering after me or mobile printing after mine. My ticket stayed on the dash for my entire visit. Had to remind them twice and they still didn’t work on my order for. Waited 30 minutes for an order-ahead drink.
