On a crisp 36° day (that *definitely* felt closer to 27° with the wind chill!), where else would you want to be than Starbucks?😉 The service was fast and genuinely friendly, and my Caramel Brulée Latte was not only delicious but beautifully crafted. Unfortunately there is a lack of local coffee shops near Georgia Tech and the home park neighborhood, but this Starbucks is a pleasantly quiet and cozy place to have a coffee and do some work. The cashier working when I came in was kind, helpful, and a joy to talk to. 👍 to the person working register at 2:30 pm on May 15, they made a delicious lavender cold brew.

Bad vibes. I came in, put my bag down and asked for ice water before I made a call. I was invited to make a purchase or leave. I would have liked to purchase a double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich after my call so I would not be interrupted or distracted, nor my sandwich sit and get cold during my call. As a loyal customer, I'm not willing to spend money at Starbucks ever again because who wants to be treated like so awful? What the heck is wrong with your employees? You can keep your water and your sandwich.
